Now what...? [He's going to take a moment to perplexedly examine the pudding, but after that he'll start looking around the ship until he meets someone willing to offer a bit of clarity.]

“You—How did you get aboard?”
[They left the docking station hours ago!]

"I don't know. ...I've been told we're placed on smaller ships shortly after arriving - is this perhaps what they meant?"
no subject
[It is then that Flug notices some straggling pieces confetti, recalls possibly having overhead an announcement from the other room, sees the tray of synthesized pudding waiting at his station. Oh. What a great first impression as captain. He quickly straightens with his hands behind his back.]
"Apologies. Yes, this is exactly what they meant. I'm Captain-- Doctor-- Slys. Flug! I-- I'm Captain Flug Slys."
[He should really figure out his prefix situation.]
"Welcome to Red Fish. I assume you have questions?"
no subject
"A few...to be honest, I'm not entirely sure where to begin. I had some explanation of the situation we're in when I was aboard the...Marsiva, wasn't it? But it's all still so very strange..." [He shakes his head.] "...For now, as the captain, is there anything you feel it's important for me to know about the running of the ship?"
Thank you so much for your patience
“Ah, for the moment, no.”
[He turns towards the door and waves his hand in a beckon to follow.]
“While we may have control of this vessel, it is Atroma that chooses our flight path. We’re currently lacking a pilot, as well as communications and security personnel but we’re seeing to it that these vacancies don’t hinder us.”
[Which Libra will see are stations covered in assorted tools, removed sparking panels and sticky notes, as someone has been fervently trying to take them apart.]
“But I can show you around and fill you in on how things are run here. You’ve been filled in on the augments, yes?”
o7!
[It's not like she could avoid him, even if she tried, so when she eventually runs into Libra she gives him a small wave.]
So, you're the new guy, huh?
no subject
That's correct. My name is Libra. It's a pleasure to meet you, miss...?

[She's not sure what to think; given the past record of this crew, their newcomer is very polite. Too polite. This is almost unsettling.]
So, what's your story?

[After Velvet, Snow, and Eizen, she wasn't expecting someone so...forthcoming. She'd probably feel more comfortable with this, if this hadn't gotten her in trouble before.]
The Shepherds? You herded sheep?
no subject
[Recently they killed an eldritch abomination and saved the world, but he doesn't really like to brag.]

[It's not often that Rose feels nostalgic for the Scions, but recently she's been thinking of home more. Even if she doesn't want to return, that didn't change the fact she had good friends in the group.]
Most of what we handled were simple requests though. Taking something from somewhere to somewhere else, gathering ingredients for a feast, exploring old temples. That sort of thing.
[And fighting gods on the regular, but she'd rather not remember that part.]
no subject
But I'm pleased to be in good company.
[He really doesn't seem to be hiding anything, at least.]
no subject
[At least here, that wasn't her business.]
I'm not quite sure about good company, but I do suppose your better than recent shipmates we've had. Our last captain reeked of darkness.

Hey. Welcome to the Red Fish.

Thank you. My name is Libra, and you are?
