[ Ino, what'choo doin'? She looks... strained. Stressed, but trying to hold it together. She's sitting in front of the camera, taking a deep breath as if to prepare herself for what she is about to say. ]

Hey, guys. This is really sudden, but I need to ask a favor of anyone who'd listen. It's important! I've got this friend... he's got a huge problem. Back where he's from, some people can hold a lot of powers in them, not magic or anything like that, and they need to take even more in sometimes or they go crazy. Or die.

Does anyone have any powers they could... lend him? He'll give them back, he promises, it's just—[ She reaches up, clutches at her chest like it's hurting her to think about it. Judging by the slight sheen of sweat on her face, maybe it is. ]—he needs help really badly. I'm worried about him, and there's not much I can do...

[ Her head dips, long bangs covering her face before she sucks in a breath, part for the show and part out of real difficulty in keeping herself together right now, before her hand snaps out and she turns off the feed to collect herself. ]

[ For which she's eminently grateful. For now she's ignoring all the poor responses and keeping up a strong face for anyone else who responds. ]

Your friend... You're talking about Erin, aren't you? [ Never mind that Erin was a girl when Steph met her... She remembers what she told her about powers on their world, and how they worked. It sounds the same, though it seems Erin may have left some details out. ] I don't have any powers or I'd help, but is sh- he alright?

[ Thank everything that she's has been turning off the communicator between every conversation. She almost literally jumps out of her skin at Mattias and instead clutches the comm to her chest briefly before she just lobs it right at his head. At least she's rather clumsy with it. ]

[Well, isn't this odd? Felix had heard the voices coming from the cargo bay and went to investigate, because it doesn't belong to ELN and is therefore someone else. Not that he has any objection to random girls on the ship, but it does raise some question.

He glances into the room and raises an eyebrow]

With a startled movement and a glare, she holds the communicator to her chest. Seeing as her broadcast was actually the day after a shuffle, it... isn't that unlikely to be true but she's lost track of the days by now. ]
