Who: Manji and you
Broadcast: Yes
Action: On the planet
When: Right now!
[One afternoon Manji opens up his communicator.] Kogarasumaru! [He speaks with confidence that he probably shouldn't have.] You remember our fight, right? Well, I'm ready if you are. Shall I meet you at your dojo or somewhere on this junk of a planet? [Thanks to this thread Manji has a fight to pick. He could just call Kogarasumaru out privately, but he hasn't figured out how to do that just yet.]
Action: Junker Racing
[You know what else Manji can do that's really dumb? Try driving a car in a junker race with one arm. How hard can driving a car be when the most advance transportation you've ever driven was a horse?
And-- opps, yup. He's just crashed. In a spectacular fashion. Good thing he's immortal? Still, he may need a hand out of that wreckage.]

He was not surprised though about the fact that he was unable to hit Kogarasumaru, one arm or not. He had two and he had barely been able to hit Kogarasumaru. He did notice the injuries, but also noticed they seemed to be healing rapidly. Having been around Biffy and Lyall, he had started noticing when others had that speed healing ability.
When Manji then turned to challenge him after the match, he stood up]
You are still willing, then I am as well.
[The fact he has one arm doesn't bother him at all. If he wants to fight, then they will]

Of course. I'm not about to back out and give you a victory you don't deserve.

Good. A fighter needs to earn his victories, not have them handed to him.
[Though he wouldn't consider someone backing down a victory... a true victory at least. A victory in name, not in practice.
He headed down the ring. He had anticipated the fight at least, having worn his armor and brought his sword. Once he entered the ring, he did bow to his opponent. Koga would be so proud~]

[He takes one more moment to adjust his blade at his hip and bounce lightly on each foot as if to loosen up slightly.] You ready?
no subject
[This wasn't truly a fight to the death so there was no reason to treat it as anything more nefarious than it was.
Ulaz draws his blade, choosing for it to be only in its smallest form when drawing it, changing it to full size blade in his hand]
I am ready.
[There's a faint nod, giving him the first move]

Alright then. [Manji starts with his traditional katana, but Ulaz should know having watched the last fight that Manji has a lot of unique blades hidden in his kimono.] Here I come.
[Even after fighting Kogarasumaru, Manji has a surprising amount of speed to him as he rushes forward. Going for an easy upward strike to start with.]

Ulaz had seen he had multiple blades. Ulaz has actually started carrying one other blade - a small one that qualifies as a dagger for him, hidden on his person, but he's not making that one known until he needs it.
He is still fast even after a fight. Ulaz is fast as well, swinging his sword around to catch the incoming blade, shifting in an attempt to deflect the blade to the side, aiming to move to one side]

Come on! Is that the best you can do? You going to let your friends know you got beat by a one armed man? [This time when Manji comes in for an attack he purposely leaves his left side with his missing arm wide open. Ready to dodge, but curious to see if Ulaz will take the bait.]

[Manji will rush in with a fury of blows this time. A speedy, but slightly reckless onslaught given the fact that he was already a bit worn out. He tries using it as compensation for not being able to guard as well. Trying to be too fast to keep Ulaz on the defensive and seeing if he can force the guy to give him an opening.]

It did get him more fired up though, Ulaz moving his sword to block the incoming blows. He's still at his best; Manji has already fought and is now powering straight forward. Ulaz has a feeling he can wear him out with just defense, but where is the fun of that?
With one quick move, he grabs the "dagger" - short sword to anyone of lesser height - from where he'd hidden it on his person. Using it, he attempts to stop Manji from pulling his own sword back so quickly between the second blade and the extended guard. If successful, he'll drop down and attempt to sweep Manji's legs out from under him]
no subject
Not that he's going down easy. Even before the sweep is complete Manji has abandoned his own sword. Letting it fall where it will he reaches into his kimono as he feels the first of his legs get knocked out from under him.
Ulaz will need to keep busy either blocking or dodging the three throwing stars that Manji quickly tosses at him. Normally the move would have been aimed for the face, but this time he's careful to aim for arms and legs. He's hoping to distract Ulaz for at least long enough for him to recover from the fall and safely roll away.]
no subject
Lucky for Ulaz, he had his armor so he was unconcerned by the throwing star that went for his legs. They were guarded enough that he wouldn't even know they had been hit. He did block the ones that went for his arms only because the forearm alone was shielded. He might have been able to go for Manji in the motion as well, but he wasn't so concerned with that. He did put his dagger back into its hiding place for when it was needed again]

[He taunts with a smirk, but the taunt is more to give him a second to catch his breath.]
no subject
Why shouldn't I? I can take it as seriously I want to.
[He realizes its a ploy to waste time so he gives it a moment before he attacks again]

[Well, Manji... you might not be expecting this, but Ulaz is going to do a back flip to avoid that sandal. Literally just dropping backwards before it hits him in the face. Once his feet are on the ground again, he uses the moment to push him forward, towards Manji]

Then suddenly, out of frustration and without any real thought, Manji slams his head forward in an attempt to headbutt Ulaz.
no subject
He's not surprised when Manji attempts to dislodge him with a headbutt. He does attempt to tilt his head to the side to avoid the hit.
ooc: Up to you if the hit connects with his head]

And to give him at least one cool move in this post of failure. He's ready for the moment that their heads collide and when the loud thump accompanied with a blossom of pain erupts Manji pushes back and away from their locked blades. He's a bit dizzy himself from the impact, but he won't let that stop him. Quickly coming back in once more with another quick strike coming in from the side.]
no subject
He may be stunned, but he is still going to swing his blade around to intercept the strike. He might have tried for his short sword, but he - rightly - doesn't trust himself to be able to draw it and move it so soon]
