It's Because I Stomped on Your Glasses, Right
Who: Nami and you~
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: Bloodsport, Space Bar
When: Now-ish?
Figures. I go take a nap for a couple weeks and lose half the crew. See, this is why you can never turn your back. [We are wry today. The Bloodsport is super quiet, and it's a little sad, but...well. She feels more for Kaname, to be honest. Nami herself will be just fine. (She wonders about Zack, though. Way, way too many bullet holes for her to feel comfortable about that.) And she's been playing catch-up on the network, so...]
We seem to be down a lot of people lately. If you've lost someone this week, come into the Space Bar. For you, drinks are on the house. And if you're new-ish, I'm Nami and I run one of the two bars on the Iskaulit. I'll give you your first half price.
For everyone else... I wanna talk glitches for a bit. Do you think the comas count as glitches? But aside from that, I'm compiling a list of the kinds of jackassery people get hit with in this Fleet. If you're comfortable talking about it, weigh in, even if you just want to leave me a note. I'm making a list.
[Not really for nefarious purposes. But it's at least useful to warn new people what kind of garbage they might suffer from during their stay.]
--------
[Aside from turning up to work for the first time in weeks at the Space Bar, Nami can be found on the Bloodsport either staring at the ship roster in bed-headed disbelief, checking in on who's left, trying not to get run over by Biri on an overjoyed rampage, and generally wondering why the hell the Atroma saw fit to gut her ship of the majority of its crew.
Seriously, what the hell.]

[He shrugs. He likes money, sue him.]
If I ever see a dip in the funds provided, I'm lighting their shit up.
voice;
.....are you me]
Well, keep an eye on your funds. They've been known to cut you off if you do something they don't like, too.
voice;
[Taako might not be Lup levels of powerful, but he is a vengeful bitch when he wants to be.]
I have a certain standard of living I've grown accustomed to.
And the clothes here are ugly as sin, so I need a shopping budget.
voice;
You're my kind of person. Shopping is very important. What's your name?
voice;
I'm Taako, from TV-- Well, we're all from TV now, I guess. What's your name, Red?
voice;
voice;
[Because his idea of stylish and everyone else's ideas aren't always the same.]
But if we're including our kickass titles, then sure - flip wizard and chef. Hail and well met, Nami.
voice;
Also, you can reserve judgment, but how can it be hard to more stylish than this place? [Amused.] Bar's set pretty low.
voice;
Yeah see? You might have just jinxed us.
Maybe talking about how fabulous we are will ward it off. Because, yes, flip wizard. I have some freaking amazing dexterity rolls.
So pirate, huh? That's rad.
voice;
Mmhmm. Navigator to a complete idiot who's somehow deemed as one of the world's biggest piracy threats. Not that I do much piracy here.
[Dexterity rolls is a weird phrase, man. She's just gonna assume you're amazing at parkour until proven otherwise.]
voice;
[He leans in on conversation though because pirates are awesome.]
Oh come on, story time, pleeeeease. I've met battlewagon athletes and all sorts of people, but never a pirate!
voice;
Well, what kind of story are you interested in? Life as a pirate is pretty much all chaos, all the time.
[Also what kind of curse. That's probably not a good question to ask right away, hn.]
voice;
[He thinks for a moment and taps his chin, humming to himself. ]
Mmmmmmmm, give me something fun. What's your favorite heist so far?
