GIFT EXCHANGE MINGLE

This is usually done as a meme, but I thought I could make it an actual thing in case anyone wants some nice threads out of it. The rules are simple: make a top level with your character's Xmas gift list for their friends! Then go around and react to what others have gotten for yours. You can make it an action thread and play out the actual giving, or a text thread to say thank you, or just some narration to show how the character feels about their gift... the sky is the limit, do whatever you want with your threads!

Posting this early so people have time to thread it out before the holidays come, and to have time to go google-shopping.

Also reminder that for system shenanigans we have a mingle over here! Never too late to tag into that too.

Pilot and captain of the Blameless over here. On the evening of the 25th he'll be officiating his crew mates' wedding, but early that day he'll be available to visit/be visited if anyone wants to thread the exchange. If not, just say he dropped the gift at the ship the day before, to be opened on Xmas morning! Network threads also welcome! If you come by, you'll notice he's having (and sharing!) some Christmas cake. The ugly sweaters were a crew thing he did for fun and bonding, and weren't actual Xmas gifts, fyi.

-Allura The sparkly stone was only a thank you thing! Her gift will be a cute pink poncho.
-Baku gets a book about the best known urban legends of the universe! From humans to zelnks! Also a small Xmas cake of her own because she gets it.
-Biffy gets a wolf pin. And this (engraved) cup set will be their wedding gift. Don't worry, nothing is made of actual silver.
-Felix Shiro doesn't know him that well yet, so he gets him a bottle of fine wine.
-Gil gets a deck of stainless steel playing cards.
-Keith Since he out-grew the jacket he got in their first planet together, he gets a new one. Plus a ball for Kosmo - teach him to fetch properly. Please.
-Kirk gets a bit of a joke at first. It looks like a box with a beer bottle, but inside there are six shot glasses with the starfleet logo engraved in all of them.
-Kitty gets a bracelet.
-Lance gets an AudioFlood Shuffle.
-Lyall gets a pocket watch. And like I told Biffy, this (engraved) cup set will be their wedding gift. Don't worry, nothing is made of actual silver.
-Messer gets a starship model kit.
-Pidge Since she's always at the computer, he's getting her a green neck pillow that says "what part of 01101110 01101111 don't you understand?". It has an USB wire that allows the pillow to warm up if connected.
-Prompto gets a wooden locket. It can work as an actual locket to save a picture inside to be seen on the lenses, or it can hold notes or extra SD cards.
-Thor gets this horny glass for his ale.
-Ulaz gets an utility belt. It comes in dark purple and has the BoM logo on it. Made for Ulaz's size and the new bigger tools Shiro got for him last time.
-Veronica gets a a shawl.

Pilot of the Huntress! Like Shiro, Lance will be off at a wedding on the 25th, but he'll be around in the morning/afternoon before booking it to help finish the wedding setup. He'll try to hand out all the gifts both then and maybe some the night before.

-Akeldama: A light, somewhat floral scented cologne.
-Allura: A comfy mouse ears hoodie (but in pink).
-Biffy: A brush and mirror set (not actual silver).
-Kaname: Two fancy hair bows (but in green).
-Keith: Near-exact replica of his crop-top jacket and leather gloves from back home.
-Kirk: A nice, semi-expensive bottle of whiskey for those special occasions.
-Looma: A heavy duty sharpening kit for her forge.
-Lyall: A general history book of what seems to be Earth-matching science that'd fit the 20th and 21st centuries.
-Mikleo & Sorey: Matching blue and white scarves.
-Peter: A microscope!
-Pidge: An assortment of hair accessories (clips, headbands, etc) ranging from utilitarian to a little cuter if she wants to pretty it up sometime, for her growing hair.
-Prompto: A tripod!
-Shiro: A pendant with a sword and shield. On the shield is a lion design. Because you're always gonna be a paladin, Jiro Shiro. Also, some toys for Procyon.
-Ulaz: A Christmas themed Hawaiian shirt.
-Veronica: Violet scented perfume.

[There's nothing more fulfilling than being a paladin. Shiro stares at the pendant for a while, the clone's memories clear in his mind, because they're his feelings too.]

[It wasn't a complicated design, but Lance had gotten it pretty near perfect, considering he probably had to describe it to someone who'd never seen it before and get the sizing right now that Keith had grown around his shoulders and chest, so Keith was definitely impressed. It felt a little weird to be wearing it again, honestly... nostalgic, in a way. He smiled a bit.]
