[ Sara spends a lot of time working at the bar, and one or two sprigs is bound to show up there. If you're not a bar type, you can probably find her sweaty and punchy in the workout room, or planetside in the hot springs. She occasionally has to go home for a change of clothes, so if you're the lurking type, feel free to stop by! ]

[Sara, alas, has to deal with Pavel a great deal now that he's trying to do the bartending thing (mostly successfully, although he probably shouldn't chide people for wanting to ruin nice alcohol by mixing it with other things). It's only a matter of time until the mistletoe strikes.

And strike it does! On his way out after a shift, Pavel finds himself stuck in the doorway. It would only be sensible to ask Sara for assistance since she's right there, but he isn't quite sure how to go about asking her if she might please consider kissing him so he can leave.

Ah, no. A plant has trapped me. [He waves a hand at the mistletoe above his head.] Not for the first time.

Oh right, that thing.

Any requests?

Any request I could make would sound very forward.

I'm not so sure that's a bad thing.

I'm almost certain that it is.

[Look, it feels kind of awkward what with Sara being a beautiful woman and Pavel having some genuine interest in kissing her.]

Pavel finds that he's able to leave the general vicinity of the door. It's probably for the best that the mistletoe was satisfied with a kiss on the cheek.]

There are multiple earths. You're just from one of them. Or one universe. Whatever.

I know there are multiples. Believe me, I have first hand experience with that - I ran into the decades older version of my first officer on an ice planet when he saved me from a giant crab monster. And then he had to stay in our universe and help rebuild the Vulcan species.

Just meant he could have been born out on one of the colonies, or another planet. It would almost make me feel a little better if he was, but nope. Though it does make for the interesting possibility of twin shenanigans.
