So heavenly. small>[Her annoyance seems to be melting away, replaced by amusement at his flowery language for the moment. She reaches her hand out to him.] You remember the drill? Just walk up like there are invisible stairs.

[He takes her hand promptly, and walks up the 'steps' in a well practiced manner. He waggles his eyebrows at her, and leans in, eyes open, to kiss the corner of her mouth with closed lips.]

[It's a hard kiss to return given the location, but she does close her eyes as he delivers it—soft and sweet against the corner of her mouth. It's really not much of a touch at all if you think about it analytically. Just the brushing of lips against more lip and skin and the feeling of whiskers surrounding that. It only lasts a lingering moment really. It shouldn't be a big deal. It's not really. But also, it feels like more. She's an affectionate person by nature, but she holds a lot of it back like some sort of protection. Even being years out of her homeworld it's difficult for her to feel vulnerable around people and giving affection freely is a vulnerable act and giving physical affection can be a complicated one. She and Tyrion had one delightfully uncomplicated drink together before she met and quickly fell for Winn. After that they still grew close. He's a beloved friend, respected confidant, occasional co-conspirator, and now also a coworker. Actually, maybe he's her boss. They should figure out what's going on with the Malum. This isn't really the moment for that though, but her thoughts are just that scattered finding the touch nice, but knowing nothing got less complicated with Winn gone and certainly not with Sansa back or Vash in her life.

She opens her eyes again when he pulls back. She still has his hand in her so he doesn't fall from mid-air.]

[Kissing the corner of Kitty's mouth is like ... well oddly enough it is not as passionate as he thought it would be. He had his concerns, but nothing really concrete. Once Kitty made up her mind about something, she made up her mind. She and Tyrion were friends and nothing more.

So it tasted like a friendly kiss. Warm, affectionate, and a little bland? But a kiss nevertheless.

He eyed the doorway, then nodded.] Try walking away.

Oh sure, make me be the one running into boundaries. Also, you'll fall if I let go. So you might want to step back down first. [She's curious what he's thinking and feeling about things, but she doesn't ask. It would be wrong to ask Wanda to read his mind and report back, right? Yeah, definitely wrong.]

Kitty, you run into boundaries all the time. Don't tell me you're afraid of crossing the lines now. [He smirked at her, before he carefully went to take a step down, and then another.

His thoughts and feelings are, as always, jumbled when it comes to Kitty, but mostly now it is ... relief. This would not break their friendship.]

They aren't boundaries when you can walk through them. One woman's walls are my...not walls. [Once he's firmly on the ground she allows him to solidify and she moves away carefully, ready for...yep that's a wall.]

[He lets out a sigh, before he shakes his head.] I adore kissing, and kissing you will be no hardship. However let us explain things delicately to our companions, eh?

[His last comment is the one that catches her the most off guard.] Oh, I...probably won't mention it to Vash. I mean, it's an open relationship anyway. [Not that she's actually explored the openness in all this time and she doubts he has. Other than freeing themselves with kissing. And now that he's brought the idea of her talking with him about it to her active thoughts she's not sure she actually can fail to mention it without it feeling weirdly secretive.] But please tell me if the North is going to be attacking me. A whole cardinal direction would be a lot to deal with.

Well, I am not, so I am not going to say, 'and then I had some kissing relations with my best friend'. I am going to say, 'and then I helped save my dearest friend.'

[He smiled up at her, before he let out a laugh.] The North won't come for you.

Tyrion the monogamist. [She smiles. She wonders at their relationship. It seems a little unorthodox, but he seems happy. That's everything right there.]

Easy for you to say. But I guess I'll take my chances since it's not like there's any other way out.

[tallasaking]

I know. I can hardly believe it myself. [He looked at her, smiling in turn.]

I shall take my chances once more.

I'm glad to hear it. That's the good part when you're ready to risk it all again. [She just wishes sometimes the bad part could not follow.]

[tallasaking]

Well ... I suppose I should be used to my emotions as treating me as a hypocrite. [One corner of his mouth twisted.] We shall see how long this lasts. I make myself no promises, this time around, except to jump as often as possible, so I have fewer regrets.

Fewer regrets is a good goal. [She smiles at him.] Ah, we still have another kiss to get to don't we? [Since the last one didn't free them and all.]

[tallasaking]

See, no regrets. [He pointed at his mouth and puckered in a teasing way.] I make the appropriate kissy face, just for you.

[He smirks in kind.] Do I draw the flames of passion from you?

They've iced over almost completely.

It used to be the latter but I am fairly certain it is the former.
