I'm very sure. We had one of those things above the bar. I told him we should close until it's gone and he tried to bully me into running a kissing booth instead. [Kitty may be happy to hear that Vash said no.]

Hmmm...what were you saying? I was too busy picturing you two kissing. [Teasing. Probably. She lifts her head up to smirk at him.]

Oh yeah? Was it making you jealous? [He smirks, clearly not too insulted.] Maybe I should ditch you and spend more time with Remy.

No, just really turned on. [This is a weird, and dangerous line of joking so of course she came here.]

Ooh? [He opens his mouth intending to continue the teasing, but then stops. He blinks a couple times before finally deciding to just outright ask instead of trying to guess.] Wait, are you serious right now?

[She laughs and kisses him again.] No.

[He chuckles as she kisses him.] Good, because I think I would be a bit too intimidated for something like that. [At least with Remy. There's no way his body could compete with him.]

Why? Is Remy that much cuter than me? [She's kidding, but also, she totally thinks Remy is cuter than her.]

There is no one cuter than you on this fleet. [He tries to kiss her cheek. Perhaps intending to reward himself for that flirt.]

Oh no, we need to get your vision checked. [She doesn't believe it for a second, but she does think it's sweet. So, yes, he gets a nice solid cheek which is to say it's a normal soft cheek that he can make contact with and not a particularly dense cheek nor an intangible one.]

Last I checked I had better than 20/20 vision. [Yay for not being human.] So my eye sight is just fine.

I'm not sure it's a bad taste thing so much as someone being really hating accepting one hundred percent truthful statements about their cuteness.

[She kisses back.] Sounds good. [And then she adds another kiss just for good measure and because she can and because maybe kissing other people has made her appreciate kissing him more somehow. Not that there was anything wrong with the others. But this is a choice she's making and those weren't. There's a kind of power in that. And a kind of vulnerability too.]

[Vash chuckles and kisses her back. Then is a bit surprised by the follow up, but only a little bit.

Then he gets a bit selfish. Bringing up one of his hands to cup her face he kisses her back for a third time.]

[When the third kiss breaks she doesn't reconnect it, but she does speak in a low voice.] My place?

[Yes. Big bed! Go NOW.

He manages to keep his tone even and low to match hers even with his mind screaming loudly at him.] You're sure? [As badly as he wants to take this further, her room seems like a much bigger step then his own.]

I asked you, remember. [And she knows her room is a thing. It's obviously a thing even if it isn't a thing they've really talked about. It's felt as much like Winn's room as hers even if he wasn't living there full time. His things are still there and for a long time it very much felt like he was still there. Sometimes it still does. But sometimes it doesn't. And it's lonelier that way and it is the bigger bed and it's moderately closer and she's almost offered before, but today she finally did.]

Good. [Because right now he wanted her more than anything he wanted before and he was tired of the world denying him what he wanted.

Unless she phases or does something to stop him, Vash will slip his long arms down around her hips and ass so he can lift her up into his arms. The perfect height to carry and kiss her as he hurriedly walks them to her room.] So let's get going right away.

[She was not expecting to be lifted up, but she doesn't phase, protest, or maneuver away. After the initial surprise and instinctive feeling of needing to reassert control she finds she likes that he is taking control. He's strong and obviously very into her and both of those things are pretty hot if she's honest.] Just don't walk me into a wall without warning. [With warning it would just be through a wall after all.]

No promises. I may be too busy kissing you. [Perhaps to prove that his last statement was a joke or maybe it was just to show off a little Vash does indeed busy himself by kissing her. Only instead of running into a wall he gracefully steps over one of the small maintenance robots that occasionally scurry around the ship. His pace doesn't even slow to do it. Making the most direct route to her room that he can.] Although, could you maybe give me a hand with the door?

[She kisses back and for once doesn't worry about what it's going to look like if someone else sees them. She's just having fun. She even laughs between kisses.]

Consider it handled. [She won't reach out to get the door or anything, but she will phase them through it.]

[That is exactly what he's hoping for as they turn down the hall that leads to the captain's room. He could tell her they were there if she hadn't noticed the familiarity of the wall around them, but he was too busy kissing her.

Instead he give her door a tentative tap with his foot to see if he'll go through it or not before walking fully through the would surface.]
