Who: Ciel Phantomhive & OTA
Action: Marsiva
When: Feb. 17
[Good morning, Fleet! There's a young teen with dark blue-black hair wandering the Marsiva today. He's wearing a slightly more modern twist on Victorian era clothes and his right eye is wrapped with a bandage but it doesn't seem to be bothering him at all.
What does bother him though is to wake up somewhere entirely new with little knowledge in regards. At least, little compared to what he'd prefer. Going through this once when he arrived in Riverview Quarantine had been exhausting enough, but at least the experience had left him more adjusted to the level of technology here. It's not like his little house or the phones they had given the residents of the Quarantine, but it was all manageable at the very least.
For now, he hopes to see something, someone, familiar. Either that, or he hopes to find a decent cup of tea and company that isn't entirely bothersome. And as he wanders, seeing no one familiar, he settles on the hope for tea. As long as it was strong. And maybe something sweet.]

I've only ever been on my... home planet, I suppose. Where I came from was a moon, but we could move to the Capital World if we stayed long enough.

I'm from England. But before I came here, I was living on a moon called Riverview Quarantine.

[Weird. But so was being kidnapped and put on a space ship. A conversation with Kitty resurfaces, about how the fleet was her second time dealing with multi-world abductions.]
Was it anything like this place? With people from different worlds being brought together?
no subject
[Both are definitely strange, especially from his viewpoint. He went from a technologically inept Victorian England, to a world where hald held communications and movies and automated vehicles.]
A bit like it, yes. Different worlds but also different times. Realities too.

You must be eager to go home by now?
no subject
Not particularly. There really isn't anything left for me back home.

[Until recently, he would have said the same. Now he finally had a reason to stay put, and he winds up here.]

[He supposes, if he though long and hard about it, he could find a reason to return to England. He just doesn't feel any inclination to do so.]

[Talking to people is exhausting. He puffs his cheeks.]
Well, hopefully we'll be off this ship soon, and back to ... whatever normal is around here.
[He picked up from some veterans on the fleet that this had happened before. It was an inconvenient and disturbing interruption, but temporary.]

Is 'normal' any better than what all this is now?
[He only has the strange events of his last world to go by and he's not entirely sure they'll relate well.]
no subject
We're not all crammed in one place. And no invasive memory-sharing. We visit planets sometimes.

It certainly sounds better already. At least this isn't the constant state of affairs.
