[ It's been quite a while since Dorian made a public broadcast, but all things considered, someone should do it, and why not him? He's nice to look at, has a way with words, and in a thoroughly bad mood. Still, no one would be able to tell with that public mask he has.

The feed opens up on a booth at Malum, A close-up of Dorian and his glass of wine. ]

For those of you who have somehow not noticed, a great number of our own have left this cold, dismal place that has yet to reward us for their invasive and cruel treatment of us. [ An elegant eyebrow raises and his mouth draws into a line. ]

The most appalling is their lack of proper spirits, however, this will have to do. The very least we deserve is a decent meal and a proper, stiff drink- perhaps twenty. It is an insignificantly small mercy that the ones who are no longer with us don't have to suffer the Atroma and their churlish silent treatment.

[Natasha and Dorian have never been formally introduced, which seems odd considering she's been aware of him for months and months. Probably she's not the company he's looking for right now. That's part of why she responds by video. Easier to ignore.]

A bit of both, but one mustn't get attached, as it's quite obvious what happens on a regular basis.

[ He makes a vague hand gesture. ]

It does. [Arching an eyebrow ironically. She's had similar thoughts herself. Usually because she went and got attached.] So that does sound like good advice, not getting attached.

Doesn't it just? [ Of course, he's not making a statement that he hasn't gotten attached. His current paramour being a prime example that he's simply running his mouth. ]

I am, more often than not, filled to the brim with good advice, though it is seldom that people heed it. What I am more full of in the time being is wine.

[ He drains his glass and pours himself another from the bottle on the table. Oh look, how convenient. ]

Nothing says sage advice like high functioning alcoholism.

[Deadpan, absolute deadpan.]

Has anyone showed up to keep you company, at least? Same to drink alone.

Not so far, no. Apparently there is something off-putting about a devastatingly handsome man drinking alone in a bar.

[ He sighs dramatically. ]

Oh yeah, that will make you real unpopular. [It couldn't possibly be any other factor.] Do you actually want company, or prefer to give yourself alcohol poisoning alone?

[ None whatsoever. Because of course Bull has told her only about how wonderful and flawless at everything he is. ]

I..would not be opposed to it. Especially in the presence of someone equally as attractive.

Well, if it's attractive company you're looking for...

[She drawls it out, clearly sarcastic.]

I'll be over in a few minutes. Try not to start a new bottle of wine without me.

...I am making no such promise, Madame.

[ He'll try, but it's likely that he'll be just starting a new bottle by the time she does appear. ]

[She didn't really expect him to hold back. She might hope he'd at least slow down.

She picks up a glass at the bar and joins him.]

At least you saved me some of this one.

[ If Dorian knows about anything, it's about holding his liquor. ]

Bold of you to assume that this will be my last bottle.

[ Still, he pours hers before topping off his own glass. ]

How many have you had so far? [Not that she's exactly assuming, but there's only so much alcohol one man can consume in an evening.

...Yes. [ Yep, definitely his answer he's going with. ]

That's... very specific. You've clearly been keeping track.

[Taking the bottle and filling her glass.]

Hm. So I see. [She swirls the wine around in her glass slightly.] Should we drink to something in particular?

[ Sure, he'll raise his glass in cheers. ]

To the eventual destruction of our captors?

We can both drink to that. [She seems less than optimistic it will end that way at this point. More likely they'll all shuffle out and maybe back in again before that happens. But hope springs eternal?]

[ Of course he's not completely in the belief that there is a way out of here, but he is a natural cynic. ]

There is quite a lot that I will drink in the spirit of.

I'm sure we can think of plenty more things to drink to if we try. [If they want to. Natasha has the feeling they have plenty of things to drink to regardless.] I'm Natasha, by the way. Figured you probably knew that but I don't think we've ever been properly introduced.
