It seems I have spent a total of a year in this place and the, ah, viewers wish to celebrate. However most of this is useless to me, so I welcome anyone else taking them into their hands.

Oh, I'm not but that is the lifestyle we hold to. Mortals keep advancing technology and it rarely keeps pace with their own cultural understanding of it. We make sure that our ability never outstrips our understanding and use of it.
