It seems I have spent a total of a year in this place and the, ah, viewers wish to celebrate. However most of this is useless to me, so I welcome anyone else taking them into their hands.

You might want to pick a day that has some significance to you. What about April 1st? I know that on old Earth, it was considered a day of pranks and merriment called "April's Fools Day". That seems to be up your alley.

[It's something about the idea of him not knowing his own birthday that makes her reach out. That's rough. She's not sure what the circumstances were that led to that, but they probably weren't warm and cuddly.]

I'd go with a spring birthday. That way you don't have to wait too long before you celebrate and summer seems kind of birthday packed around here so it can stand out more.
