It seems I have spent a total of a year in this place and the, ah, viewers wish to celebrate. However most of this is useless to me, so I welcome anyone else taking them into their hands.

[ which, ngl, he's into. but the gifts loki has are just . . . baffling. he holds each one up to the camera. we have the mighty thor scooter, captain chickmerica, loki on hotwheels, a masterpiece, plastic horns, disturbing panties and something for "sophisticated men" ]

Also, this has reminded me. Since we are essentially living by this . . . awkward mortal calendar, I have decided I want a birthday. You lot should help me pick one.

I had coming of age ceremonies as a child, but my people are far more long lived than mankind. In your calendar, it would be . . . a thousand birthdays?

A thousand? Well, that's unexpected.

[She schools her expression to her normal amusement.]

You don't look a day over three hundred.

[ wryly. ]

Thank you. We tend to age well.

"We"? Are there more of you? I don't know that the Fleet can handle things if you were to multiply.

[ he shakes his head. ]

You have a brother? Does he look anything like you? That's something a girl could get behind. Or beside.

[She exaggerates her pout at that.]

More's the pity. Is he some puny, whiny stick figure then?

No, he's tall, blond and full of muscles.

[Family is something that she has no idea how to approach. She doesn't have one. The rest of Walküre would be the closest she comes, if truth be told.]

Well, at least you have one another here, right? It could be worse.

I'm sure that you could, but would you have a leg to stand on in this case? I mean, being kidnapped by strange aliens certainly is a good reason to complain.

[She's not super fond of being kidnapped, truth be told.]

Oh? Are you frequently kidnapped by aliens? Is that a common occurrence in your galaxy as well?

Not quite, but I have been trapped on a planet before by aliens, in a manner of speaking.

Ah, no, that is a bit out of the Globular System. A shame. I love different planets. It's part of the charm of this place for me.

It is enjoyable to be able to travel.

[ though loki prefers being able to do that himself, possessing the ability to traverse to different planes of reality. ]

Yes, it is, but I would like more freedom over where I go or if I have choice in the matter. Even if it's only on the surface.

[This freedom here isn't really freedom and she sort of really resents it at times.]

The Atroma does not enjoy the concept of choice.

Of course not. They are whimsical to a fault, but I think it will be their whimsy that will ruin them.

[She shakes her head, smiling self-deprecatingly.]

Even I know when to abandon such behavior for seriousness.
