Hello everyone, Father Abel Nightroad reporting. How is everyone doing? Things have been quiet lately as I tend to study on the ship to pass my time. Being the ship's chef, I'm learning new recipes to cook, but otherwise it's lots of quiet days and nights.

Looks like we arrived at another star system, another planet to explore. Down here, it's quite different than the last one I explored and visited. If you're coming down here on this planet, be sure to find the tunnels once you land on the surface, because the city is actually underground! The city is beautiful and busy down here, and I'm getting around using the underground train. Pretty much a very developed city technological wise.

If you're in the city, I hope to meet you as a friend, I wouldn't mind company. Let's hang out! I'm also exploring the planet surface to keep track of nature and wildlife out here too. But take care if you plan to visit if you have allergies, but they do have medicine down here.

[After he went shopping and bought supplies for outdoor survival from the city, Abel is exploring the forest on the surface, taking pictures and videos of the wildlife he encounters to add to his album and write reports about it in his journal. The trees are like towers, and eventually, he came upon the outposts that serve as sheds. He didn't stay for long considering the sheds are empty and have a functional stove, and that was it.

The wildlife and the animals amazed him, that he took notes and take pictures of them as he explores the forest, but kept his distance as some of them are large in size and the plants he found are carnivorous, as he, unfortunately, witness a plant eaten one of the reptiles for prey. For the priest, it's dangerous to explore on his own, but then Abel isn't human at all.

He found the "Flouds" the giant cotton ball sheep, as they wandered in herds. He found them journeying across the fields and in the forest discovered they're docile, that Abel has some fun strolling with the herd and even petting them and feeding them.]

[Action: Underground city // Kenn-Tellnic, The High-End City // VR cafe]
[The city of Kenn-Tellnic is a busy city with their technological advancements. Abel went exploring to see what the city has to offer. He explored a bit of everything, doing some sight-seeing to explore the city, to visiting Sun's Rest, the Glowing Forest, The Weeping Maiden, the VR cafes, and the water park, and doing some shopping to buy what he needed.

But in the end, he gets himself lost in the VR cafes. For a man his age, he's discovered one is never too old to play video games and they have games of different genres from adventures, puzzle, strategy, sports, and etc.

The trick to remember was that he's on vacation and he has to remember he has to leave the cafe sometime to remember to eat. For now, he's having fun. He should, he's over 900 years old, he's a senior citizen.]

[Ciel had not gone topside since he'd arrived and discovered that his allergies seemed to have multiplied beyond cats. His nose had itched, his eyes had burned, he'd sneezed so much that he had thought his asthma might start to plagued him. And then he'd gotten into the city and gotten something for his allergies. And learned that it wasn't uncommon amongst the residents there.

At least he had suffered alone. With his allergies or exploring.

As suggested by the very priest her finds, the teen decided to explore the VR cafe. He'll be found grilling one of the employees about being able to play with one eye, the types of games, time limits, and more.]

[Abel did warned on the video about the allergies that is bound to happen should anyone comes to the surface. Thankfully, he said there is medicines to help with that too within the city from the local pharmacy's.

The priest was in the café, ordering lunch for himself. He sat at the table. He didn't play the VR yet as he wanted to eat first. So when Ciel arrived.]

What kind of games you think about playing? I was thinking a puzzle game or a racing game.

[Really, he hadn't actually watched for other broadcasts since he'd made his own. He'd been more interested in the planet and the new additions to the Goldstone's kitchen. And his augment.]

I'm not sure. [He glances over to the priest, thinking on it for a moment.] I played chess a lot, back in England.

[Luckily there's a shop close by selling medicines, so if Ciel needs any allergy medicines. It's just a simple walk down the block.

With a grin.]

I enjoy playing chess too. I think if we put on the helmets, the chess we'll be playing will be all in 3-D, so it's really quite realistic. Would you be interested in playing that?

[Luckily, he's already had some and can breath without sniffling or wheezing.]

Do we have to pay to use these? I hardly want to visit and immediately commit some kind of crime.

Ah, I think so! We have to pay at the front desk and they give us coins in exchange. For me, I bought myself an unlimited pass, so I can play at my own leisure.

[There is a front desk nearby. It's a simple matter of paying them in exchange for game coins.]

[He had hoped to save what money he could to buy new clothes and comforts while here- they definitely had products that were a better quality than the last planet. Not that they'd been awful, but this world was better.]

I'm not sure I'll get an unlimited pass but a game or two can't hurt.

[He doesn't need to worry. Because Abel decides to pay for him! He believes kids should have fun.]

Make that a few rounds. This is on me. You should have fun playing video games.

[Because Abel paid the front desk, was given a basket of coins, and he handed the basket to Ciel.]

[Oh!

Ciel stares for a moment before smiling softly. Abel really is too good a person. And generous.]

Are you sure? I have money saved up, mostly to try to make sure to be as comfortable as possible on the Goldstone.

[With confidence.]

I'm pretty sure. Don't worry about it. It's on me. I'm a priest, so there isn't much I want with my own money.

[Abel doesn't earn much, but he earns enough. With a nod.]

That's a good goal to have.

All right. Is there any games that caught your eye?

I don't know many priests, really, so I wouldn't know. It would be useful for getting food and ingredients for your crew though, right?

[He looks over things and shakes his head a little.]

I'm not sure. You pick?

Basically what I meant is that as a priest, I took vows of poverty. I renounced on having material possessions and focus on charity and sharing resources, and whatever I have on me, I have to donate to help those lesser fortunate than me.

So, I simply choose to share my findings and my game coins with you. Usually, the priests and nuns back home, they would volunteer their time and service in hospitals or orphanages.

Well, how about chess or a racing game? I haven't found a pac-man yet. But there is some puzzle or fantasy games I found as well.

[There's a nod.] I understand that. There's a priest my father used to work with on our estate.

[Chess he's played plenty of all his life. He and his brother were fair challenges for one another. Their father could give them a good game as well, but few others.]

Racing?

[When he choose racing, Abel wondered if he finds chess boring? Chess takes a lot of mental concentration and it can be boring quick after a few rounds.]

Well, there's horse racing as in a derby game, and then there's car racing and motorcycle racing. The horse racing game, you are required to raise a horse first and care for the horse before they're ready for racing or dress them up for horse shows.

Or there's a fantasy game where you can make a character, and then explore a dungeon with swords and shields to go fight a dragon or monsters while go finding treasure.

[Less that it's boring and more than he's already used to chess. He plays it so often and on a new world with new technology. Why not try new things?]

Actually, that fantasy one doesn't sound so bad. I've never tried anything like that before. Or heard of anything like that before, it could be interesting to try.

It's very nice to meet you, Father Nightroad. I was thinking of exploring the city as well.

Did you have a particular area in mind? It looks really advanced.

Well, the city is underground, but once you get here, I recommend you try to see a bit of everything! Also, if you like shopping, they have shops down here.

I like the VR café the most for the video games in particular.

Video games? [You've got this girl's interest!] What kinds of games do they have? Have you been there?

I'm currently in the VR café in one of the districts. Basically, you put a helmet on, and you're part of the interactive video.

They have a variety of most genres. Adventures, RPG, sports, puzzles, just to name a few. I happen to like the puzzles games because that's more zen.

Oh, that sounds like so much fun. I haven't used VR before.

I think I'll come down and check it out.

Basically with the VR cafes down here, they made a system where users put on a helmet with a monitor on and as for the controller, it's putting on the gloves.

You should while we all have a chance. We won't be in this system or on this planet for long. I never have seen the likes of this gaming system before.

I think I definitely will.

Just be careful on your way down on the surface. I think there are some plants and animals down here that can trigger allergies, but there are allergies medicines being administered down here. I have some on me to share for emergencies, just in case.

Oh, yeah. I heard about that. Some people are affected, but it mostly seems to be the locals.

Were you affected at all?

[With a thoughtful look.]

Well, the plants are particularly strong and its pollen I'm not familiar with, so I was affected by it, and I'm not particularly allergic to anything. But I managed to find some medicine from the city's shops to help with that.

Oh, that's very good to hear that you found something. I know that, for some people, it has been safer to remain inside.

Well, perhaps I will see you down there later!
