[Hello, Solas. Crowley's been keeping a lazy eye on their newer arrival, mostly making note how he interacts with Cole, and more importantly-Jove. He's lounging somewhere, when he sees the elf wandering past, and gives an idle wave. ]

Oh, so you do come outside of your room, then?

[ He pauses, tilting his head, before he smiles, fighting back the way that he wants to examine the man in front of him. He can admit to being a stranger to quite a few people on this ship, keeping to himself and Cole and Jove, but he supposes he ought to make an effort. ]

Of course. Even I can't stay in there forever.

[ He hums, tilting his head and watching, for a moment, before he nods. ]

Ah. [ Their former captain, he thinks, before he bows his head. ] I am Solas.

[ It seems as though he's trapped as being known as Jove's friend - which, he imagines, could be a worse fate. ]

Ah, screwy time shenanigans. Never had to deal with those myself, but I've come across plenty of people who have. My condolences.

Not too many things. People, for the most part, and some choices - the greatest difference is the leader themselves.

Something of the sort, yes. There seems to be innumerable Inquisitors spread across the world, depending upon who stumbled across a particular event in their timeline.

I imagine keeping track of everyone has to be a headache.

I try to just allow things to be as they are for now.

[ There's not much he can change here on the fleets, after all.

If he were anywhere else he would certainly attempt to do something otherwise, but since he is limited... ]

Not like you have much choice to do anything but that. We're at the mercy of Atroma, here.

Still, there are worst beings to be under the mercy of.

[ Solas is curious, interested, and his brows raise as he leans forward.

For a start, before I came here, I was kidnapped to a magical castle, which on a monthly basis threw something at us to torture or humiliate us. And then of course there's the bosses I had back home. Hell isn't the best people to work for, great dental, terrible everything else.
