[The bar Hange picked out is about typical for the planet: a little small, although big enough for the turnout Hange more or less expects, and clean albeit a little dingy and stained around the edges. At very least, all the stains have been scrubbed at thoroughly at some point in their history, and only the most stubborn and enterprising remain.

Just because our hands look similar doesn't mean we came from them. That'd be like saying... [he rolls his eyes...] Like saying dragons evolved from lizards.

...?? Lizards didn't evolve from dragons, they were around like 220 million years ago. They're reptiles just like the dinosaurs. I think the oldest is the iguana?
