[The bar Hange picked out is about typical for the planet: a little small, although big enough for the turnout Hange more or less expects, and clean albeit a little dingy and stained around the edges. At very least, all the stains have been scrubbed at thoroughly at some point in their history, and only the most stubborn and enterprising remain.

Stubborn and enterprising like the crew the bar will now entertain!

Nah, nah. I was just gonna say that we could resort to cannibalism and take care of the people who don't pull their weight around here.

You ever play Kings Cup? We need three more people and a deck of cards, though.

Never heard of it! What are the rules? [She's sure they can rope in three more people... and there must be a deck of cards around here somewhere, right?]

Well, okay, you put your deck of cards in the middle, and on your turn, you draw a card--and depending on what number gets pulled up you have to do something different. Like "two" is "you" means you get to pick who has to drink, "five" is "rhyme", which means you have to... uh, say a word and go in a circle until no one else can think of another word and then the loser drinks...

[he tries to think of any other example... but they seem to be slipping his mind...]

And then if you draw a king, you gotta dump your drink into a cup in the middle, no matter what it is. And the last person to draw a king has to chug the middle cup.

... Hmm, we might have something similar to that. Are you sure you're going to be able to remember the rules for every card if we play?

Oh yeah. They all rhyme mostly, so it's not hard.

I suppose we can just make it up, anyway. Well! Sounds like a good time. I'm in. [Loud:] Anybody have a deck of cards?

[giggling a little. :}] If no one does, I've got some back on my ship.
