[It sure is a lovely day actually pretty much indeterminate time period out here in the vast darkness of space, isn't it? I bet everyone's enjoying themselves, getting a chance to get off their dinky little ship and stretch their legs. Even on this shitty, empty little waystation.

[ooc: hi everyone! I thought I'd give this a try and see how the game liked it. What we have here is a mass mingle post. Rather than everyone making a bunch of different posts about landing on the station, everyone is invited to post a parent comment with their character out and about, doing something. Everyone else is invited to look at who's posted, tag them, post their own parent comments, thread jack, tag around and generally have a grand old time! It should hopefully be a nice low-pressure way to do some action tagging with each other.

Crowley!

[Allen is so rushing over there the moment he spots the demon. If it was anyone else, he might go and try to hug them- buuuut this is Crowley. And luckily, he remembers that and just stops in front of him a couple feet, smiling]

I was hoping to see you here!

[Crowley wicnes at first, expecting the hug, and only relaxing when it doesn't come. He's glad Allen remembered. Allen hugs aren't the greatest thing in the world, even if he was a hugger. Which he definitely is not.]

Long time no see, Allen. How's your ship?

[Yeah that whole "I could fry you to death with a hug" thing is pretty hard to forget.]

[A chuckle.] And how is he taking to the whole space thing?

Yes! It's not as good as the food in the castle- but he's still a very good cook!

[Especially considering they have next to nothing to eat]

He seems alright...though his memories of Paradisa seem much fuzzier than mine.

Then you're lucky, we only have the crap in the tubes. I'd kill someone for a good plate of sushi right now.

[He makes a thoughtful sound.] Hmm, Rin's here, too. But she doesn't remember Paradisa at all. Wonder why it's so choosy, who remembers and how much.

Oh- that reminds me. [He opens up his bag and digs through it, before he pulls out a pack of cigarettes. He opens it up and offers a cigarette to Crowley]

Here. I figured you'd spend all your money on alcohol.

[If he hugged people, he would totally hug Allen right now. Instead, he takes the cigarette solemnly and gives a nod.]

I knew I kept you around for a reason.

[He is a good nephew.]

I know how to earn my keep. [He gives a little smirk as he grabs a cigarette for himself. Sure, usually he likes to keep the habit quiet, but screw it they're stuck in space which is stressful enough and what's Crowley gonna do about it?]

Afraid I couldn't find a light. You have one?

So I can see. [And Crowley is the last person who can lecture about bad habits. Besides, it's not like Allen can do himself that much harm anyway.

He smirks and snaps his fingers, hellfire flickering up.]

[It's true, not when the rest of his life is out to kill him so much faster than cigarettes would.]

I didn't know you could do that. Thanks. [His tone isn't really anything beyond mild surprised, because really, finding out Crowley has another hax power he was too lazy to say is almost part of the norm. Instead he'll just use the hellfire to light his cigarette and start to smoke- hell yeah damnation. ]

Most of my abilities seem to be gone too. It's worrying, but our cook seems relieved.

Well it does mean the rest of your crew doesn't have to die of starvation. There's that.
