[It sure is a lovely day actually pretty much indeterminate time period out here in the vast darkness of space, isn't it? I bet everyone's enjoying themselves, getting a chance to get off their dinky little ship and stretch their legs. Even on this shitty, empty little waystation.

[ooc: hi everyone! I thought I'd give this a try and see how the game liked it. What we have here is a mass mingle post. Rather than everyone making a bunch of different posts about landing on the station, everyone is invited to post a parent comment with their character out and about, doing something. Everyone else is invited to look at who's posted, tag them, post their own parent comments, thread jack, tag around and generally have a grand old time! It should hopefully be a nice low-pressure way to do some action tagging with each other.

[Vash jumps slightly, not expecting such excitable company at the moment. But he swallows his current mouthful and grins brightly.] Princess of my dreams! It's so good to finally get to meet you in person!

[Wherever he's sitting, she invites herself over to sit down next to him... and looks him up and down slowly. What a flamboyant guy! Not the kind of person you generally see in her world. How fun.]

Isn't it just? Are you having a good time now that we've hit a station, cutie?

[Vash can't help but grin like an idiot. It's been a long time since a girl didn't hit him or roll their eyes at his flirting. The last one had actually been a bounty hunter and was just trying to disarm him.

And for some reason he doubted that Zoe was a bounty hunter. So he decides to just go with it and have some fun.]

Yeah! Much more fun than being trapped in that tiny ship! [He holds up a donut to his nose and breaths in deeply. Then sighs in ecstasy at the wonderful smell.] And the food is soooo much better too! [He can't hold back any longer. He takes a large chop of that donut and half of it is gone in an instant.]

[She's just here for a good time, fucking around a little. That's Hange: giving off the air of having a grand old time, to stave off being very angry and very sad.] Really? Is it so delicious? [Her hand darts out.] How about a bite?

[Vash instinctively pulls his hand back with a pained cry. The idea that he might lose his perfect food that he had only just been reunited with. Even for the most pretty girl he has trouble sharing his donuts.

He laughs and tries to pass it off like he was just stretching to keep the donut out of reach.] Hahaha! Yeah! You can get some just at that shop over there a little way.

[She leeeeans towards him and puts on her most charming smile.]

You won't give me a little bite...? [heh heh HEH]

[He shifts a bit uneasily in his seat. That was a very charming smile, but he also really didn't have anymore money to spend on donuts. And these were his donuts.

He laughs weakly for nearly a full minute before they perter off into a grimace.] I guess, if it's a little bite. [He breaks off a small piece of his donut and holds it out to her.] Here you are!

[She swipes it right out of his fingers and pops it in her mouth, chewing thoughtfully...]

... Mm! Not bad! It seems I've found your weak point. [She's definitely laughing at him]

[He pouts and finishes off the rest of his donut.] Well, I suppose you also know what to get me for my birthday too! I just wish the ships had donuts on them too.

The food situation leaves a lot to be desired, doesn't it? [She grins, but lets it drop as she settles in next to him.] You might have to make those donut things last you a while.

You can say that again. [Vash leans back into the seat as she gets settled. Kicking out his legs to spread them out in front of him.]

Sadly, you can't save donuts for very long. Day olds are just not the same as fresh ones!

Spent all that money but you're going to have to eat them all today, huh? [She grins.] That's dedication to your food of choice.

Well, what can I say? Fresh donuts are truly worth the sacrifice.
