It's occurred to me that the fleet has about ten times as many firearms as it does medical professionals. It's also been pretty apparent that a lot of our cast members don't know the basics of gun safety and use. If anyone wants to learn, I'll be at the following coordinates.

[She files the name away, and at Claudia's matter-of-fact comment the look on her face is actually a little strange. Ironic, maybe? Whatever the case, she does take the offered hand in her own cool, careful grip.]

...you're not the first to say that, is it like a thing here? How often does this happen?

[It's a good handshake, and actually a pretty good question, too. Too bad Natasha doesn't have the answer, only a brief shrug as she moves back to her crates, setting up a lane for Claudia. No mention of her own private doppelgangers seems to be forthcoming.]

About as often as Atroma wants it to, I'd say. Seems like it depends on what kind of ratings it wants to push us towards. It's got a spectacularly shitty sense of humor.

Hm. I'm not sold on the whole "reality show" thing either, honestly, but I guess it's all we have to go on.

[ She nods, coming over to watch Natasha set up. ]

It's as good an answer as any, for now. Even if we're all hallucinating, it's not like the actual framework makes any difference. Better to just accept it and go from there.

[She's still only half-convinced any of these people are real, and not just in her head. Only recent events are making her begin to really reassess that idea.]
