Who: Nightingale and you!
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: Marsiva hospitality deck
When: Now!
[action]
[Nightingale's awakening is much lower-key than most, sitting up in the bed and realizing quickly that she is not where she should be. The best way to cope, of course, is looking around, taking in her surroundings, and just talking to herself.]
Okay... So, this must be a game. Don't think I recognize any space Echoes, though... Whatever, I should figure out the win conditions, first. And hope it's not another 'everyone dies' game.
[she lifts a hand, and a strong wind whips through the area, throwing bedsheets and pillows around.]
Okay, magic's still on, that's... usually a good sign.
[She doesn't seem to have noticed the mess she made. Or maybe she doesn't care. Either way.]
[Having immediately fallen into the assumption that this is a game, Nightingale isn't too bothered by the idea of being able to operate technology she hasn't seen before- it's not like it's the first time, after all. She takes a deep breath, and starts talking to the camera. Noticeably, she still hasn't cleaned up her prior mess.]
This is Nightingale, from Takshaka. I don't know what's going on, but this game seems a bit different. Can you check in with which teams are here? And Roc, Gull, Hawk, Magpie, Togetic, Sparrow, any of you around?
And which Echo is this, while I'm at it? I don't recognize any with a space theme going on unless it's the damn Bone Witch again. If I see that dress or that whale again, I'm going to find a way to leave in the middle.

But I moved all the way over here.

You can always move to the other side of the ship.

Yes, something is the fucking matter. Is this a psychotic break? Did the stress finally just fucking make me lose my mind?

I promise you're not going crazy, absolutely not. But hey, is there anything I can do to make you feel better? I'm good at that. It's what I do.
no subject
Just... Keep the music off, please. I need to think.
[There are some people in the world who handle stress well. Unfortunately, Nightingale isn't one of them.]

[He puts the accordion away somewhere, before sitting down, smiling and watching her. He has noplace else to go, so awkward watching it is.]

If you're here with me, you must be new here too, right?
no subject
Yep. I was in a place before here, called Paradisa. I'm not sure if this is the same place, or something completely new. I'm guessing the latter, there are a lot of new residents who weren't in the castle before.

[Whcih is believable. Equestria has a few.]
no subject
Sorry, but that castle wasn't in a world.

[That's a nightmare scenario for him, right there. To be tied down for Celestia knows how long. ]

It didn't matter, because there was nowhere anyone else could go. That place was for people whose worlds have been destroyed. And we were shattered with them.

There's gotta be a way of getting your worlds back, though, right? Time travel? Spooky but convenient magical contracts? Anything?
no subject
[She doesn't make it sound like a good thing.]

... One of those just happened yesterday. I don't know why I'm here. I- I have to go back and support my team...

If it helps, time has probably stopped, back where you're from. That's how it worked in Paradisa, anyhow. Anypony who went home, got zapped back to exactly the last point they were before they were taken.
