[It's been nearly a week since the fleet's said their goodbyes to the planet full of skull face folks, and another Shuffle has come and gone. Despite what was mentioned on the last week's Shuffle about cannibalism, it doesn't seem like any crews has resorted to that, so maybe some of you have begun to relax.]

[Or maybe not. In fact, maybe you should do a crew headcount just in case1.]

[By now, some of you who handled any red stones from the planet natives may be feeling under the weather or even downright shitty. But hey! What's that to stop you from visiting the way-stations? These way-stations may be in the same crappy condition as the last way-stations - but at least they're people on these ones! Really...shady looking people! But that's not about to stop you from making friends right2?]

[Essentially, this is a game wide mingle post for this week's shuffle, November's way-stations anyone getting ill, or anything else you want to do but too lazy to make a post about! Please feel free to tag in and tag around! Just make sure to put your characters' location and communication methods (action/network) in the header and/or in the prompts!]

[ her face goes from very concerned to suddenly chipper--and yep she's giving him a hug, all of a sudden. ]

Thank you! Thank you, thank you! [ she lets go with a big sigh. ] What a relief... I'm Miyuki! Who're you?

[screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee why is it touching him oh god oh god oh god.

he freezes completely until she lets go, actually looking a little... shellshocked by the time she can see his face again... and s-shakes his head...]

[ she looks completely oblivious to his freezing up, or maybe she just didn't notice. she tilts her head, noticing the look. ]

What's the matter, Skelly-san? Do you feel okay?

[...n-nodding. he's fine. just... he's fine. as he absentmindedly brushes off the front of his coat, in case any magic... sparkly pink stuff got on him, or something.]

[mirroromirror]

[ don't worry, the magic sparkly pink stuff isn't contagious, skelly-san. jeez.

but she looks a bit confused for a moment or two, because he hasn't spoken a word... briefly concerned, she balls her hand against her lips, before coming to a surprisingly adept conclusion: ]

Can you speak?

[he... looks to the side, for a moment, considering just lying and saying he can't. but then she'll try to talk to him over his phone, and it'll be just as annoying, and he'd kind of rather just leave this whole weird situation as quickly as possible.

so he nods for yes. he can.]

Oh...

[ there's a pause as her brain keeps up. ]

So you just don't want to, right?

[theboogieman]

[he nods. ...and then starts... walking away...]

Ah--wait!

[ toddling after you... like a puppy... ]

You're on the ships, right? With all of us?

[theboogieman]

[...nnnnooooo... he doesn't stop walking, but he... looks back and nods anyway because he doesn't want to be rude to the pink sparkling childthing.]
