[Alex sees right through that huff, and laughs. If she was a more affectionate person, she would reach right over and give him a shoulder shove.]

[Alex gives a dramatic sigh, then reaches for a canvas bag she plopped down a couple feet away. Inside is a magazine, a bottle of some kind of drink, and a small, complementary sunscreen tube.

Then, she gets that twinkle in her eye. The dreaded twinkle that means she's had an idea.]

[He was about to answer a very politle no thanks, but then he noticed her strange look]

[She just smiles her slightly evil smile, silently telling the viewers that they'd better damn enjoy this nice beach movie cliche.]

[There's a moment where he struggles trying to figure out how to answer. But...it's just sun screen right? What's the worse that could happen...?]

[He'll sit up fully and scoot forward as she asks]

[It's been awhile since she actually touched another human being, so for a second Alex just looks at his back like she might break it in half. But it can't be that hard. Normal girls do this all the time. She squirts some lotion onto her hand and spreads it across his upper back, then goes in with a smile.

It's a bit more shoulder massage than it is preventative skin care, but Alex never claimed to actually be good at this. She's just seen too many Baywatch reruns.]
