Who: Tony Stark and you!
Broadcast: Video
Action: N/A
When: Aug 21
[ so, he's arrived and rogue filled him in on the important details of who was here that he may know - or may yet know, thanks to timelines being what they are. it's the sort of thing he's had experience dealing with before, but it was still annoying. in luceti, no one else had been privy to details that hadn't happened to him yet. if they even pertained to the same version of him - tony was well aware of the fact that there were several other iterations of himself somewhere out there in the cosmos. he's gotten used to it. ]
Alright - so, I'm here. [ does he even need to introduce himself? everyone knows who he is, right??? of course they do. ] Sound off if you think we need to talk and I'll use my flawless judgment to decide if it's worth my time.
[ yep. ]
For the rest of you, I need to know about switching my augment. As much as I like having my name on a door, I'm not here to help anyone sort out their issues. Believe me - that's not good for anyone. Especially me.

I'll go first to show you how it's done. My name's Wrath.
no subject
Tony Stark. [ there, are you happy now? ] Wrath, huh? Your parents apparently weren't too chuffed when you sprung free of the womb.
no subject
I don't remember, but maybe? Delta and Whiskey are pretty sure it's not my real name. [She shrugs like, 'what can you do?']
Oh, weird. People still have babies like... Out of their bodies and stuff? That's kind of... Gross. Cool, but gross.
no subject
Yeah, it's super gross. [ let's be perfectly honest. ] How do they do it in your day and age? Test tube babies?
[ ...oh my god what even is this conversation. ]
no subject
Uterine replicators! It's way safer for everyone, yeah?
[She thinks about it for a minute.]
Oh yeah, we also grow all our meet in vats so it doesn't have brains and isn't cute before you eat it. Which seems way smarter too, if you ask me.
no subject
[ dazzle him, etc. etc. ]
no subject
[Huh. That's a hard question. She's grown up around this stuff all her life.]
Um... I don't know. Let me think of the stuff that other people from Old Earth think are cool. Hover cycles? Tank cutters? Um. I'm mostly made out of synthetic parts, some people think that's kind of cool, I guess? Oh! Dermal regenerators. I think those are cool. The dome. Um.
I don't know. It's all just... stuff.
no subject
So, you're a cyborg.
no subject
I've got a lot of AR parts, so yeah. Think so. Left arm, right leg, right eye. And I think Whiskey said the only two original organs I've got left are my brain and my left kidney. Skeleton's nanocomposite. And I've got a lot of synth muscle fibers, since before I got mustered out I was close combat. And it helps with the skeleton.
The skeleton thing is kind of unusual, though. It was... a thing.

[ for as disinterested as he sounds, this is actually fascinating. ]
no subject
But yeah anyway. When I hit the sidewalk uh... well, the doctor said I basically pulped all my bone? So they regrew me new ones internally with nanocomposites.
no subject
[ good times. at least he had a suit of armor to catch him. ]
Nice. I imagine regrowing bones is extremely fun. [ maybe even more fun than having an electromagnet put in your chest. ]
no subject
And then it was all kind of a waste anyway, cause my back regrew all fucked up and I got turfed. [Shrug, like what can you do?]

Oh! Or are you one of those sad assholes that doesn't like fun stories with blood and cussing in them?
