[He's not particularly hiding whose posting, nor does he want to advertise either. So, sometime during the day, a text post will appear on the network. ]

Anyone got any suggestions for ways to entertain yourself? Because I have way too much spare time right now and I'm sick of watching that shopping thing.

Extra points if it's something you can do alone. Offers for intercourse will only be taken up on for a charge. [After meeting half you people? He's not giving it out for free]

Also suggestions for ways to prepare Tallbird or places I can find yarn would get my thanks.

[He shuts off the text feed. If you are on the Wonderduck, he can be found on the bridge sitting in his pilot seat. He seems to have taken to holding onto a ostrich bobble head and flicking the head occasionally with his fingers to see what happens. Goddess he's so bored.]

[He gives a nod. That's a relief. He'd hate to have to go through an awkward conversation about that whole thing. Because honestly, he has enough bad conversation topics with Lloyd he's holding off as it is.]

[Then again, does that mean he can't hold back anymore and pretend it's because he's human? That part is kind of lame. He liked making other people carry his stuff]

Uh...yeah. I guess? [That's a weird way to put it] Though it's not like we...share wings. I have my own pair.

I know that! It's just, with the whole dimension thing, and you're both kinda the same person, except not...

[ man, that headache is coming back full force. the whole alternate dimension thing still has him reeling with confusion, and they had the conversation weeks ago!

It's not like I really know what they look like, anyway. I know they're gold or something like that, but there was way too much mana for me to get a good look at 'em.

...Maybe you shouldn't think about it too much. You might end up hurting yourself.

[Just saying man. And honestly, he's not sure how to respond to that with any way but in a flirty teasing tone since he's not about to volunteer sincerely to show his wings]

No I wasn't! They were just there! I couldn't even see them for that long!

[ though he wouldn't admit it then (and probably still won't even now), he did actually want to see them. idle thoughts left him to wonder if they were anything like Colette's or Kratos's, and it's been bothering him even now. even now, the temptation is there (though like hell he'd ask now thanks to that line, asshole)...

[He lets out one of his annoying laughs, even if it's on the quieter side these days. Lloyd is just too easy. He then gives a shrug.]

They're just wings. Not like they're all that different from the others' - or yours for that matter.

[Not that he's seen Lloyd's. But details]

I don't know. My wings definitely look different from any of the other angels'-- even yours.

[ there's no hesitation in his tone: even after (loudly) emphasizing that he only had a small glance at Zelos's wings through beams of mana, he sounds almost sure that his wings are far different than any ones Kaneis has ever seen.

not that he's sure he'd be able to prove it to him. the cockpit is so small... would they even be able to fit? ]

[He half considers making another dirty joke about hearing that sort of line all the time, before he lets the urge past. Too many at once might get him smacked.]

Yeah! We think it's because my crystal is so different, but... um.

[ and then he starts making these weird gestures with his arms, bringing them in close to his body and then stretching them back out, opening and closing his hands as he does so. ]

If I took them out now, I don't think they'd even fit in here.

[ they're fucking huge man ]

[He stares a bit. Those handgestures don't make a damn bit of sense]

...Oh yeah. That's not weird looking or confusing at all.

But c'mon, they can't be that big.

I'm serious! They are that big!

[ why can't you believe him!!! what does he have to do, take them out??? ]

[He stretches his arms before reclining more in the pilot seat]

Uh huh. If you say so.

[ OK U KNOW WHAT PUNK ]

They are! Watch!

[ as soon as he says that, he's enveloped in a bright blue glow with feathers shooting out from below his feet, circling him in a whirlwind. the glow intenses as mana collects in his back and then explodes outward in a burst of sparks and feathers.

when it all dissipates, a pair of massive bird-like wings are jutting out from his back. as Lloyd predicted, they can barely fit in the bridge when stretched at full wingspan, so he has to fold them in close to his back, and even then they're still bigger than the others' mana wings.

Kaneis Major, you are getting the biggest "i told you so" face ever made by Lloyd. ]

[He nearly falls out of his seat out of surprise when Lloyd actually summons his wings onto the bridge. JEEZ LLOYD WHO EVEN DOES THAT??? And again he has to pull back before one of the wings nearly hits him in the face from it's size]

Holy crap! You weren't kidding! [Yeah okay, so they are as big as Lloyd said. JEEZ]

[ what, did he think he was lying?? even Lloyd's not dumb enough to lie about something like that, JEEZ!

but no, Lloyd looks mildly uncomfortable with them out, though it's mostly because of how often he actually took them out... which was hardly ever. almost a yeah and a half and he's still not used to using his wings.

that and the bridge is already starting to look uncomfortably small. maybe he should have done this at a way-station... ]

I'm trying. I haven't exactly been using these things often, so it's kind of hard to control them.

Jeez, not even to take Colette flying? Talked about missing an opportunity~

[Not that he has any room to talk about missing opportunities, but pushing that thought out of mind to instead look at Lloyd's wings. He wasn't kidding about the shape and size of them being all different. They reminded him of birds wings as opposed to...well, whatever the hell sort of wing his were supposed to be. They looked kinda on the inconvenient side but...he couldn't deny they were pretty. Sure, all seraph wings tended to be- but still]

[Though he notices how close the color is to Kratos's wings. Huh. Maybe those things do run in families. He wondered- nah. Not worth thinking about.]

But uh...yeah. Can't really help you there. Mine don't get used much either.

but no, even then, Lloyd decided that he wouldn't use his wings much. the reasoning behind his decision isn't very deep: he was just simply not used to them and eventually grew bored of them, so he just stopped using them altogether and resorted to just simply walking everywhere.

it still doesn't stop him from huffing and crossing his arms in response to Kaneis's quip. ]

And I figured. I never saw Zelos's until he used that arte, and he didn't even fly with them.

Haha, did you now? Maybe you're not a lost cause after all!

[And he just gives a simple shrug and glances away. The answer was obvious to him. He hated his wings. Mostly they just reminded him of too many things he really rather not think about. Now possibly more than ever]

[But actually saying that? Ha. Yeah right]

I just prefer rheairds. Ships too, even if this one's a hunk of junk.

yeah that comment's getting a leer that would probably have more of an effect... if it wasn't for the pout and embarrassed tint in his cheeks. he'll just leave out the fact that all they did was play games like sky tag when they went flying. ]

You're telling me. [ about the Wonderduck being junky, that is. and about that other thing too. ] I stopped using mine after a couple of times. Walking or using a rheiard just feels better to me.

[ he refuses to admit it's because he got bored of them. ]

[OH ITS SUPER REASSURING. He snorts, and with Lloyd's wings closer to him now- he reaches over and gives a tug at some of the feathers]

[ YELPS because he honestly didn't expect the tug. not that it hurt, it just surprised him. he whips his head back to Kaneis with an expression that's basically close to this.

Yeah. But your definition of "a while" is a lot shorter than most people's.
