[At least two weeks have passed since the Drift Fleet passengers woke up on this strange wing of the Marsiva... Some new passengers have even joined the group instead of being Shuffled off to a fleet ship! The large monitor in the central room remains quiet for now, so how is everyone holding up?

Have you been relaxing? Enjoying the Earth media? If you can even remember them, how have Calibrations been treating you? Has anyone started getting a little stir-crazy?

Don't worry... This ship has no shortage of mysteries, and you'll be seeing a few more soon.]

[ Ino's actually doing pretty okay. Annoyed with Atroma, of course, but that's the usual. Annoyed with herself for accidentally waking up a terrible monster in Allen's brain, but, you know. She can handle it. Probably. Shut up.

Her boyfriend said he loved her, okay!!! GOOD THINGS CAN HAPPEN SOMETIMES.

She can probably be found in (A), the gym, punching a punching bag absently until she accidentally breaks it off the wall/splits it open. Oops.

... OR, she may also be found in (B), the kitchen, whipping up something as fresh and non-protein-cube as possible. And humming to herself a little bit. Like you do! ]

[Well, Nightingale's sort of taken over the kitchen, just making as much for as many people as she can, so she's used to seeing all sorts of others in there by now, but... What the hell.]

... So, uh. Did something happen?

[ She glances over at Nightingale with a smile, probably poking at some piece of meat she's cooking in a pan. ]

You're, uh. Looking like you're about to start spontaneously generating sunshine and rainbows and little birds and shit like that.

[She was first introduced to Earth media in any real sense only after she arrived on the Marsiva, but there's one very important thing she's picked up from those:]

[ She laughs a little, looking adequately sheepish. ]

Haha ... do I? Sorry about that. I promise I won't start singing.

[ She's got a secret little smile on her face, twirling a piece of her ponytail in her finger as she pushes the meat around ]

[ She glances over at Nova, a smile on her face. Gosh, she just looks like she's in a good mood, doesn't she ... ]

Mm~? Oh, I just kinda threw together what I could find. Curry whatever-this-meat-is, I guess ...

Am I? [ She laughs a little ] I guess the past few days have been pretty good.

[ She doesn't really want to upset Katniss or anything, so she's quick to turn this around. ]

[He's only been here a few days, and time not spent with James is spent wandering Marsiva. The ship is beyond enormous, but he spent seven years learning Hogwarts-- a castle filled with corridors that all looked rather the same. So he's not so lost-- it only takes him three tries to find the kitchen.

He's dying for something sweet-- anything, it hardly matters what. He hesitates when he sees another person- but, well, it won't hurt for him to be a little social.]

Am I interrupting?

[ She turns to look, a little curious as to who's addressing her. She doesn't recognize him, so he's probably new ... ]

Not at all.

Ah.

[He's never been good at this. He's never been good at being charismatic and interesting; that was always more James and Sirius' area. But he has to try; he can't rely on James all the time.]

I'm Remus. Remus Lupin. I'm quite new here, actually-- have you been here long?

[ The name sounds familiar, but she's met so many people in the last eight or nine years that disappeared before she could get to know them that it doesn't mean much. ]

A year.

[ She'll smile amiably ]

Nice to meet you, Remus. I'm Ino.

[A year. He can't imagine being here for another week, never mind any real period of time. Some of that astonishment must show on his face, though he tries to keep it to himself. He doesn't want to gawk.]

Would you mind if I asked a few questions?

[ino]

[ Yeah, she's used to it, so -- she just smiles like she didn't see anything. ]

Not at all. What did you want to know?

[ she's actually been looking for you, ino! for the past few days now, actually, but it's a large ship, and she hadn't wanted their first meeting to be over some silly communicator. so she seems relieved when she finally steps into the kitchen, approaching you without hesitation. (though she may have paused outside the door to smooth out her skirt for a moment.) ]

...Ino Yamanaka? You're the Captain of the Three Twins, yes?

[ It is, and she's been occupied, so she hasn't exactly been out and about. But now that she is, she's turning to greet whoever is is that's addressing her -- ooh, a pretty girl. ]

[ weiss nods and returns ino's smile with a polite one of her own. ]

Weiss Schnee, [ she says in introduction, going so far as to dip into a proper curtsy. ] I'll be one of your new communication officers, it seems.

[ She looks excited now. Of course she misses Dorian himself, but without him, she was a little worried about all the comms stuff being left to Nel.

She'll stick out a hand for a handshake. She ... doesn't really have enough skirt in this miniskirt she's got on to curtsy with without flashing her underwear at everyone, so. ]

Glad to have you! It might be awhile before we get back on the actual ships, though, so you don't have to worry about it in the meantime.

[ weiss glances at the hand for a moment, then tentatively takes it in a fairly firm shake. ]

Oh, that's alright. It figure it'll give me more time to better acquaint myself with the environment and my responsibilities.

[ Good, because she's getting a firm handshake right back!!! ]

Ah ... yeah, I guess so. We don't really have a lot of the same equipment on the Marsiva.

It's not too tough to get a hang of, though. More importantly, you should meet the rest of the crew!
