And sure enough, after a moment of trying to filter the sounds- he can hear the faint sounds of bear growls and what sounds like heavy footsteps against stone - much too heavy to be human.] ...I think I hear 'em. Unless there's other mines with bears around, we should be there soon.

[Will he bother to explain how he can hear this to the human in the group? NAAAAH]
