That was real mature of you guys all skipping out on the Huntress just because I was made captain. [Literally just inputted a request into the computer for that. Nothing more.] I hope you all enjoy your new ships, because the Huntress is going to do just fine without you.

Treat your crew like they matter more than anything. Because they do. You give them loyalty, they'll give you loyalty in return. My crew are awesome, and I'm not afraid to let them know I think it.

What? I got plenty of self respect. Being loyal to other people doesn't get rid of that.
