Are you a travel-weary passenger having trouble keeping your crew roster straight? Perhaps you are a fresh new recruit, finding themselves dumped into a new (and much less shiny) home. Or, maybe you've been around for a little bit and just haven't bothered meeting the other weirdos on this ship yet--what is their problem, anyway?

All new passengers from the last few Shuffles, especially those who haven't met their crews yet, are welcome to post starter-comments here to invite those living on and visiting your ship to come and interact. Newbies could be just arriving on the ship, busying around where others can find them, or you can offering multiple options for interaction--however you'd like to set up your thread is fine. Just make sure to include the name of your ship in the header, so your crewmates can easily find you!

Cold? [ he blinks. ] I guess? I mean it's pretty warm down here already but you just looked so comfy...I couldn't help it.

I'm used to sleeping on the ground. It's been a long time since I had a bed. A real bed, anyway. I slept in a pile of blankets and pillows with Cain, but that was to stop him dying of hypothermia.

[He sits himself down, tucking his knees to his chest. Defensive, but less terrified.]

[ And Sascha seats himself down in a similar fashion, legs crossed underneath him now as he blinks a little and cants his head. ]

Is that someone on the ship...?

No. I don't think so? What ship is that?

We're on the SS Golden right now!

I... don't know what that is.

But with access to a small metal kiln I could probably make some new wire and improve the energy transference from the engine...

Wait...what? That's not what I'm talking about. [ Why is he suddenly talking about kilns...?? ]

.... [ Wait, what? Is this guy pulling his leg or something? They just went through this. Twice. There's no way he doesn't remember him--he's looking right at him. ]

No, no no no--back up. You didn't seriously forget me did you??

What? We have? I'm sorry, I glitch sometimes, I forget things.

[His expression seems to be genuine confusion, a little bit lost.]

[pneumo]

[ And a little bizarre, honestly. Sascha's not exactly sure what to think here as his brow furrows a little with incomprehension. ]

You forget...meeting people? When they're right in front of you??

[His fingers are twisting around one another.]

I'd say it caused more than a few... [ That guy just repeated himself. Didn't he. ]

[Glitch looks at him for a moment and then realisation hits. His eyes go wide and he points accusingly.]

[Well done, Sascha, you've made enough of an impression that he's going to remember you with prompting. As that guy who cuddled him without his permission in his sleep.]
