[She doesn't need a jacket, she's quite fine in her Dan hoodie, and doesn't mind the chill besides, but getting here is borderline overwhelming. It feels so much like home compared to where she's been and what she's seen, and nothing is as ominous as it should really be. The magic is heavy, yes, and mysterious, but she doesn't shun it at all.
When she's not standing around in a state of contemplative, existential, and emotional awe, she's gathering earth, lifting chunks of it with her magic before shrinking them down, wrapping them in leaves and putting them in her satchel.]
[Spa]
[Honestly, whatever's going on with the water or whatever else is entirely unneeded. She knows she'll be heading inside the forest eventually, it's a foregone conclusion. But, in the meantime, she is very diligently making the rounds around the spa. With everything weighing on her mind as it does, it's a little hard to let herself go, but she does. Mostly.
i. outdoor bath
Curiously, there are fresh rose petals and lavender flowers in the bath she's in outside, now how did those get there? And, if she's not soaking, she's sitting atop some rocks while she paints her nails. The brush is moving all on its own, or so it seems, from a distance. The steam could be playing tricks on you. If someone else shows up, she'll have it in her hand, but the water and heat are so relaxing...there might be a bit of a delay in her reaction time. She also has a black tattoo on the back of her left hand, and bandages wrapped around her upper right arm.
ii. indoor pool
If she's not doing laps in the pool, she's on an inflatable bed, except it's not an inflatable bed--it's a giant lily pad. Still, her eyes are shut, and, occasionally, her arms lazily cut through the water like there is nothing unusual about this state of affairs.
And no, there aren't other giant lily pads around somewhere. Too bad, huh?]
[Forest]
[Nothing was more inevitable than her coming here, and she knows she'll go in regardless, but the poem as her feeling uneasy for several reasons, some that she'd rather not entertain, at the moment. Still, she's looking forward to having decent conversations with trees, as well as people if anyone decides they're going to join her.]
There's something very powerful about this forest.
[The words aren't mumbled or said in any sort of musing manner, they're for whoever's just shown up. She does not need words for trees.]
Forest
[The forest, however, catches his interest. Even if his eye can't pick up anything nefarious about the forest, he still feels a bit wary of it. Though, part of him is more inclined to think "enchanted forest" is just a gimmick for tourists. Plant life did seem to be a rare commodity in this sector of the galaxy - he could easily see naives people falling for the idea that some oak tree was effing magical because it had acorns or whatever.]
[This girl near the entrance though, catches his interest]
You can...sense something about it?
slinks here
There's a bit of a phantom shudder as she remembers. His poor hair.]
Allen?
no subject
Um...yes?
I'm sorry, do we know each other?
no subject
Flora raises her hands.]
No, not personally. I just recognise you as being a friend's roommate.
[Somewhere, Kaneis is getting hives at being called a "friend".]

[He thinks on it...]
Oh! Do you mean Ino?
[Seemed reasonable enough, Ino knew everyone at the castle]
no subject
No, not her, um, Kaneis Major? [A beat.] Do you remember being at a place called Exsilium, or were you at Paradisa?
[She's taking a stab here, since he's mentioned Ino.]

indoor pool;
and for anyone sensitive to magic--particularly of the death-element variety--he absolutely radiates with it.
which is why he's finding this place reeking of nature magic pretty repulsive.]

betterworse, you know. That gets her to open her eyes and perk right up until she's sitting, though. She doesn't feel murderous intent, it's not like that, but she hasn't exactly been comfortable with death for a long while. It's not exactly something you ignore.
Oh, hey it's Tek...which puts some things into perspective, honestly. Flora waves her finger, peering curiously but not intrusively.]
Hi, tek, fancy meeting you, here, huh. How are you?
8}
[he wrinkles his nose a little bit.]
...What did you do to the pool?
if he flipped her off it i would laugh so hard
[Not that there's any shortage of things to be disappointed about. she blinks tilts her head at the question, though.]
I haven't done anything to it. [It's sincere, but she raises a finger to her mouth as she slowly starts to look contemplative about it like she COULD do something. It's a little lonely in here, you know? She could spruce the space up a bit.]
HAHA. if only he had that cultural reflex... man...
[and don't you don't go making it worse, missy. he will kill your new goldfish friends so fast.]
sorry for late
Um...yeah? [She rubs the back of her head, speaking in a tone where she's slightly apologetic because she seems to have caused offense but doesn't understand what the problem is, here.]
There's not any floating beds, so I had to make do.
no worries at all!

Field!
[how long has he been standing around watching her? who knows. but after watching her raising earth and putting bundles of it in her bag a couple of times, he finally gets curious enough to ask.]
What are you doing?

SORRY FOR THE LATE
[Flora relaxes a bit, not realising she was ever even slightly tense. It's nice to have someone be curious for being curious, and not suspicious.]
I'm Flora, by the way.
A-OK
[he walks closer to her and holds his gloved hand out. handshake?] I'm Robin, like the bird. It's nice to meet you, Flora. That's a lovely name.

Robin. [She says to herself, getting a feel for it, as well as his hand as she takes it. She likes it.] It's nice to meet you too, and right back at you with nice name.
Hey, aren't you the guy that made those robots fight it out, a while back?

Indoor pool!
Did that come from the forest?
sorry for late response
[Flora sits up on her pad, which seems to be rather sturdy despite appearances because it barely sinks under weight, and truth be told that's only because she wants it to be at least a little wet. What's the point in being in a pool otherwise?]
Oh, this? [She scratches her cheek lightly.] No, I...made it.
No problem, clearly I'm late too!
[Huh, interesting. It makes sense, though - it seemed odd that a lily pad would be in a forest.]
It looks very comfortable.

Did you want one?

[Shirley's no stranger to magic so that's all cool with her, but the offer - well, that's surprising.]
Can you make another one?
