[ It's been about two weeks since Ramse first met Sascha and he figures the kid's probably hungry again. But after all that talk of venom, he's doing things his way. He's talked his way into some medical equipment and draws his own blood into a thermos he bought on the space station, then sends Sascha a private message:

Sascha, meet me outside the Starstruck again.

That should be curiosity-inducing enough to get the puppypire to scoot on over.

[ But...dog blood.... It smells so good out there, can't he just lick it off the floor a little? ]

...Did something happen out there?

Yeah, Max hit a dog on the station and brought it back... Don't lick the floor on your way out.

[ He knows what you're thinking. ]

Hopefully you won't have to.

[ Have the thermos. If Sascha is observant he'll notice that Ramse's sleeve is rolled up and his elbow is wrapped, right above a carved VII symbol. ]

...? I don't drink coffee. [ That's what he's assuming the thermos is full of for the moment, even if his eyes do automatically go to the exposed arm, curious. ]

It's not coffee.

Th...then what is it...? [ No...it can't be, can it??? ]

Go on.

[ He's gonna sit down and have some more juice if you don't mind. ]

[pneumo]

O..okay.... [ Sascha gulps. And stays standing. And very, veeeery slowly twists open the lid to the thermos so he can lean over and sniff it a little--and then gasp. ]

--Blood♥!! It's really blood!

[ Yup it is. Still warm, even, because thermos. ]

I figured you'd be hungry again by now.

[pneumo]

[ It's an oasis in a desert. Sasha can't even remember the last time he had actual blood on it's own; he looks moved enough to cry almost. He's definitely going to hug it to his chest for a moment. ]

Th...thank you!! [ Had to get that Oi before he hastily holds it up to his mouth and starts drinking eagerly. ]

[ He watches Sasha for a moment, thinking that this is sort of weird, then shrugs. Outerspace, Ramse. You're currently an alien bouncer. There's weirder going on. ]

[pneumo]

[ Puppypire love +50. Sascha makes sure he downs every last bit, slurping and licking to get as much as he can out of it. When he pulls back his mouth and lips will be red, but he's licking those in fairly short order too. ]

It so good...~~ You're delicious!

Okay that just sounds wrong.

Well... I'm glad you liked it. It's probably safe if I draw every other week, do you think you'll get too hungry in between?

[ He made it this long since the time they went out to dinner and seems fine, so Ramse's hoping that kind of schedule will work out. ]

I-is it really okay???? That's so often!! I hardly ever get that much blood...!

It wasn't that much. I feel fine.

[ A little lightheaded, maybe..... ]

I could draw a little less if you think that's too much but I don't want you to go so long without something.

[pneumo]

I'm fine!! I've gone way longer before...! Promise! [ Sascha waves his hands insistently...and then tries to lick the rim of the thermos without taking his eyes off Ramse. ]

[ Sascha is licking his blood while making eye contact. Um. ]

We'll see how it goes. But you'll come to me if you get too hungry, right?

[pneumo]

[ Pretend its coffee. Really, really red coffee. ]

Is that okay?!

Yeah, I just said it was.

One of the people I tried to get the blood draw equipment from said there was the option of synthetic, too. She's looking into it for you.

[pneumo]

Y...you guys would really do all that....just for me....? [ Him? A weird leech of a person?? He's never met humans willing to do half as much. ]

....'course we would. We're doing it. She's going to get back to me on the blood tabs but she wants to give you some kind of medical exam, too. I said that's up to you.

[pneumo]

....No one's ever done this sorta thing for me before. [ Which he says absently, pretty much stunned by their generosity and kindness. And general willingness to do anything to help him. It's enough that Sascha actually stops licking at the thermos to hold it in front of him. ]

You'd better start getting used to it. 'Cuz it doesn't seem like I'm going anywhere.
