[The Windrose has its communications officer, and thanks to Kurt, Wrath is going to return the Stalker's favor. Some of the Blameless crew have probably met her before, but there's definitely a different air about her now. The pink hair is the same, but there's no smile to be seen, just a cool, confident, and commanding expression. Her tone is clipped, words precise, and even her posture is different, like she's projecting far past her rather diminutive size. ]

Crew of the Blameless, this is Lieutenant Wrath, first officer of the Windrose. On behalf of my ship, it is my duty to inform you that one of your crew, who calls himself the Stalker, has threatened one of my subordinates.

The Windrose does not recognize any judicial authority outside of our current galaxy, nor will we recognize any judgments for alleged crimes committed prior to arrival in the fleet. We do not recognize your crewmember's claimed authority, and have stated he is unwelcome on our ship. If he violates our territory or harms any of my crew, I will personally send him back to your ship in a sandwich bag.

This is not intended as a declaration of hostilities, but rather a declaration of intent to defend our crew from unwarranted actions. My captain and I wish to remain on good terms with all ships in the fleet, and we do not hold you responsible for any actions your crewmate might take.

But thank you for informing us - and please accept my apologies that he's already making a nuisance of himself, as well. [we ain't mincing words here] Kitty recently informed me about the . . . differences between the Stalker and your crewmate, but I haven't had a chance to speak to him. But I will certainly be doing so in a few moments.

I encourage you to defend yourselves if - any actions are taken; all I ask is that you contact us - or me directly - so that I come get him off your ship or away from your crew as quickly as possible.

If he bothers the crew off the ship, we will be happy to hold him if we can do so with reasonable safety. If he sets foot on my ship...

I understand. And - again, in no way am I telling you not to defend your crew. I'd never tell anyone not to defend themselves.

I rather it not all end in someone's death, though. Instead, maybe there's way for our crews to work together to prevent any of this from escalating?

I'm perfectly happy to talk it out, as it were. Should I be the one to encounter him, I won't use lethal force.

It would be better for all involved if the situation should not need to arise, however, as I cannot in good conscience guarantee the actions of the rest of my crew.

If we were to punish people here for the crimes they committed elsewhere, many of us would need punishment. It's better to leave it in the past.
