[ See, that is probably the best thing to do. Sascha is a visual leaner so seeing the treadmill helps with his comprehension enormously as he steps forward and peers at it. ]

[ he turns it on on a fairly low speed - what! he already did his running for the day, ok! - and jogs a little, before hopping off. ]

We'll start you off slow, and build up speed every couple minutes, so we can keep track of your stamina too, sound good?

Oh! Um--okay! [ He can do this!! I mean he's never before and he's a little uncertain, definitely awkward on his feet since he isn't really much for physical activity himself beyond walking, but. He's going to give it ago, trying to find a pace to match the speed without tripping over himself until he gets a better feel for it. ]

[ winn settles in to watch him, starting to jot down notes in his notebook! ]

Roger~! [ It'll be about five or six minutes for him to really get comfortable on the thing, the artificial speed and feel of the ground moving beneath his feet incredibly odd at first. But he doesn't break a sweat or even have to pant all that much, so he'll nod to Winn; he's good. ]

[ winn watches him curiously as he runs, (noting how much better he's doing that winn his first time around, dammit. it was expected, obviously, but come on.)

as soon as he speaks, he gets back up, and turns up the speed for him. ]

It's okay! [ It's a light jog for him since he's not exactly tall like some of the other guys here, but. He's doing well!

...And doing well, and still doing well, and still doing really well even twenty minutes later. ]

[ damn. by now, winn would be starting to bargain with jim about stopping. he turns up the speed instead. ]

[ he's excited about his accomplishments, a superhero has to be super after all, it's right there in the name! he just wants to make sure he doesn't push himself too hard to please him. ]

But you haven't been running much on the fleet, right?

[ at least, he hopes no one has been chasing him here. he turns up the speed a little bit. ]

Only when I wanna try keeping up to Bigby! [ So no, no one's chasing him here. But he's holding at an even 10km/h and only just starting to pant. Which is definitely on the higher end of the "fit human" scale. ]

[ winn is obviously impressed, and turns up the speed for the last time today, because he doesn't want to do sascha harm - they have time to learn his limitations. ]

You guys manage to hit this speed in these hallways?

[ that's impressive, it means they also have very quick reflexes. ]

Nah, they're way too small for him! We use the Iskaulit. [ because Bigby's wolf form is the size of an elephant, relatively. He needs a lot of room to boogie. ]

I mean, I can do this is the halls, but he'd get stuck.

[ man. he's torn. that's really scary, but he kinda really wants to see it too because that sounds so cool. why couldn't he be the big friendly wolf? ]
