Wanda Maximoff / Visiting (OTA)

[Kitchen]

[The last time Wanda'd visited the Windrose, it had been for Vision's birthday. Thus, she had more or less been able to get a fairly adequate layout of the ship built in her head. However, where there were gaps, it seemed that relying on her own ship's layout to fill the gaps was not the most reliable of methods. While she'd managed to navigate her way back to the kitchen, she was not exactly sure where to go next. Admittedly, she should have contacted Vision ahead of time to have him meet her when she arrived, but she'd wanted to try and find her way by herself. However, she now resigned herself to trying to reach him on his communicator, waiting on him to either respond or eventually show up.]

[Anywhere else on the Windrose]

[Before planting herself in the Windrose's kitchen to wait for Vis, Wanda can be found wandering about a little on the Windrose. She'll be poking her head into different rooms, not looking to disturb anyone intentionally, but still likely to accidentally do so.]

Kitchen

[Naturally, he has no idea she's lost until he gets her communicator message, and he's down there momentarily. His expression brightens and he clasps her hands briefly when he enters.]

I'm glad to see you, Wanda. May I offer you something to drink?

[Wanda turns as she hears Vision's voice. She smiles graciously at his offer, though also looking a bit embarrassed that she couldn't find her own way to his room to meet him.]

Yes, thank you.

Sorry for making you come find me like this.

On the contrary, I could have given better directions.

[He grabs them each a cup and fills it with green tea from the dispenser - the Vision doesn't need to drink anything, really, but it's polite.]

I was hoping we might talk a bit about our recent arrivals from home.

[Wanda accepts the drink, nodding her head at Vision's words as she takes a sip. It made perfect sense, really. After all, they'd been the only ones from their timeline for so long, it was almost odd to now have others from home here, too.]

You mean, Stev- Captain Rogers, Stark, and Falcon?

[He nods.]

Unusual that they should all turn up so close to one another, though it's still good to see them. Mr. Stark wanted me to reassure you he's not a serial killer, actually.

[Which is ridiculous, but then, this is Tony.]

[At that, Wanda cocks an eyebrow. A bemused "Oh really?" expression crosses her face.]

Vision, you do not have to try and "fix" things between me and Stark. I fought with you all against Ultron, didn't I?

["Not right away, exactly." The little voice in her head chides her.]

[He looks just a little bit helpless at that and shakes his head.]

As for myself, I'm perfectly aware of that. But he did ask me, so I have delivered the message.

[Wanda sighs at that. She looks somewhat sour about this, but she recognizes that "getting along" with Stark would probably make things easier for the others.]

Well, you can let him know that his message was received and... understood. You can let him know that I don't think he is a "serial killer."

Kitchen (before everything awful happens on the Iskaulit)

[Here she comes, the pink menace, Officer Snuggles at her heels. She's planning on mixing herself up a new drink in the kitchen. Oh, it's someone she doesn't know! But she does recognize her, from the picture on the camera at Vision's birthday party.]

Oh hi! You're Captain Vision's special friend, right?

[Wanda looks up from her communicator, recognizing the face from Vision's party. She knew that this was one of Vision's ship mates, but she had not yet officially met many of them still. At first, she blinks at her, looking somewhat surprised by the "Captain" title. How had that bit escaped her? Well, it wasn't exactly like Vision to be the bragging type she supposed. She smiles politely in greeting.]

"Special" friend? I suppose that's one way of putting it? I mean, we know each other from back home, if that's what you mean. However, more have since shown up, so I'm not so sure it's really all that "special" anymore.

[Whether or not Wanda actually got what Wrath was implying is unclear... but it does seem to have gone over her head at the moment.]

No, I mean he's got a big crush on you.

Um. Not that he said that. But I can tell. It's really cute.

[Wanda just kind of stares at her, looking rather dumbfounded. It's not that she had not exactly thought there were signs, but considering how Vision is... she had just pushed them aside, thinking it was her misinterpreting things. But to hear something like that out loud, from almost a total stranger... yeah, she's completely caught off guard. Give her a moment to pick her jaw off the ground.]

I... I don't... I am not sure Vision thinks of me that way.

I think he does but I'm also dumb as hell and suck at like talking to people about normal things, so I could be wrong. [Shrug.]

[Now, Wanda has no idea how to handle this information. She looks a bit confused, as she puzzles over whether or not she should press the point or just move on.]

So, um, I don't think we've every officially met? My name is Wanda.

I'm Wrath! I'm the first mate. It's really nice to meet you, Wanda.

[Okay, the conversation now feeling more grounded helps Wanda to feel a little more relaxed. Her early brain scrambling having quieted somewhat. Yet, there was still that nagging voice in the back of her head, "Does Vision really think of her that way?" She tries to ignore it for now.]

"Wrath." That is a rather unique name.

A few days Post Winter Attacks?

[Kitty's hair covers the superficial wound she took in fighting Winter and she isn't having problems from the mild concussion other than knowing she's supposed to take it easy so she hasn't been doing her regular work out routine which makes her antsy and all the more welcoming of distraction, so when she sees Wanda in the hall she brightens.]

Wanda! Hey, how are you?

Sounds good! Please ignore if you'd rather not backtag.

[Wanda looks up from her communicator, her expression brightening at seeing a familiar, friendly face.]

Hey, Kitty. I am all right. [She thinks a moment on the recent events with Winter.] All things considered...

Happy to! Sorry for the delay!

Good. Yeah... Were you on the Iskaulit that day too? [Vague but also, not much has been going on with the fleet of note. An attack on that scale kind of stands out. And if Kitty ever got a full report of everyone involved the concussion helped to soften and blur those memories.]

[Yeah, Wanda knows immediately to what Kitty's referring to. She sighs, crossing her arms. It's not that she minds talking about it. She just can't help but wonder how exactly this will reflect back on Winter.]

Yes, I was there. I arrived a little bit late, but I was there. You fought with him then?

Yeah. I fought with him. Not sure where I fell in the line up, but someone had already taken out his arm. [And there was at least one victim she saw, but she was sure there had already been more. That little girl wasn't the one who left him looking like he did.]

It was a little more intense than our sparring match. [Understatement.]

[For several things. Sorry that she hadn't gotten their quicker to help. Sorry that Winter had gone berserk like that in the first place. Sorry that she didn't have an explanation for it. And sorry that this whole situation has likely soured a lot of peoples' opinions of Winter.]

Hey, you didn't have anything to do with it. Neither did Winter for that matter. The Atroma are the only enemy here, but we already knew that. [Well, the only enemy in this situation at least. She can't really speak for all of the Fleet but her experiences have been good so far.]

I'm more embarrassed he landed a hit than anything. You know how that feels when your power is intangibility? [She smiles a little.]
