[ Maglor blinks up at him and shakes his head ]

Not... really? I have you, and Finrod and Fingon and Grandfather. These are all things I never thought to have again, and it is a surfiet of riches. I do not need anything else.

(Maedhros gives a sigh and rests their heads together.)

[ Maglor's eyes slide shut and he hums in low content at the contact ]

You never do! (He teases and gently tugs on one of Maglor's ears.) I do this out of love, Kano; not because you deserve punishment.

[ The tug garners a yelp and a pout ]

(His grin is unapologetic.)

[ Maglor huffs at him in a sulk ]

(Now this isn't playing fair! He suddenly looks unsure, frowning.)

[ Maglor's pout softens at his brother's worry ]

It's alright, Nelyo, I forgive you. But they're sensitive you know! [ But he leans against his brother again to show he bears no ill will ]

Are they? I had forgotten! (Says the Elf who endured a certain Valar or Maiar cutting one of his ears in half.) But they are so nicely shaped. How can I resist touching them?

[ Maglor shakes his head but squeezes his brother's hand comfortingly ]

At least you didn't do it in public! [ But there's a laugh in his voice - he doesn't mind that much, truly ]

In that case... (He wraps an arm around his brother and nuzzles their heads together.)

[ Maglor nuzzles back with a happy noise, only to pull a face ]

I suppose, but only if you stop him feeding me.

I cannot make any promises, but I have asked for his aid, so perhaps his attention will be focused more on me?
