Who: Phoebus' Crow, anyone else.
Broadcast: n/a.
Action: Way-station
When: ...Now?? Oct 10th.
[ It's about time. Pheobus' Crow isn't generally one to feel at all claustrophobic but between the strange hair-changing girl and the captain wannabe (though now he supposes he actually is captain, of all the misfortune) he's more than ready to spread his wings and work out the irritable little kinks that have been starting to build in the back of his mind.
The moment they're docked and the main doors open, Crow is gone from the ship and takes to the air. While the mall strip-like areas remain oddly bare and unwelcoming there's at least plenty of room for him to spread his wings and ample space to perch. The courtyard looks nice and all that, but something about having the vacuum of space above his head isn't quite so comforting as an actual roof.
So if you happen to be making your way through the outer ring of the way-station you might just hear the sound of a crow, cawing. Or maybe you're just crazy. Birds in space? Pshaw. ]

The next caw Phoebus' Crow gives is much softer, actually quiet pleased and quiet as he waddles his way, side-stepping until he's much closer to her. he officially grants her permission to pat him, if she wants. This is a kind little child he wouldn't mind adding to his Collection B> ]

I was going to look around the shops some more, but I don't know if that would be very interesting for you.
[what do birbs... like to do...? eat seeds from old people?]

Take him anywhere *3* just keeeep petting him ]

Well, if you get bored, let me know. [And thanks to the miracle of motorized wheelchairs, she's able to control her path with one hand, and continue pets with the other hand. As they trundle towards the shops, she stops outside of a clothing shop.]
I was looking at these earlier. Most of the dresses are far too expensive to afford. But at least they have some plain skirts to choose from. And there's nothing wrong with simple clothes... [I guess this is what happens when you put Nunnally around someone that she thinks isn't listening or doesn't care, she just mentally processes] It must be nice to not need to worry about clothes.

He's got credits as well apparently, but he hasn't paid attention to anything like that so far. Crow is much too busy trying to very lightly catch one of Nunnally's fingers in his beak in what has been a very effective "cute" gesture in the past. Hoomans. ]

[ah, and that nip connects. She pauses mid statement and pulls her hand back in surprise. Aha, it was startling but gets the desired reaction. She smiles in a 'oh you...' sort of way, and shakes her head]
Yes, no point on dwelling. [she'd successfully pushed her brother and home entirely out of her mind for this last week, funny that a single jacket would bring it back] Maybe we could find a snack to share? I think I saw a food stand a few shops down...

So he warbles at her again in reply, leaning down to tap his beak against the bar of her armrest. TALLY HO NUNNERS. ]

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with what birds eat... [she glances down at him before returning her eyes to the path ahead of her]
Ah, do you like seeds? Maybe we could find a bag of trail mix. [a little... plain, but the variety of things would be a nice change from that tofu stuff]

He taps the arm of the chair again when she mentions seeds though :9 ]

Do you have any preference where you'd like to eat?
[she's not really expecting much of an answer. But he seems like a smart bird, maybe he'd understand and lead her to a spot. Might as well be poliiite to birb friend]

Do you want me to pick out any particular things out for you? [it's a nice mix of dried fruit, seeds, nuts, flavorless cereal puffs, and a few bit of chocolate]

I know dogs can get very sick from chocolate, I didn't realize you had similar tastes. [but that's so cool, able to pick out what he likes and snack away] You're very smart, it's almost like you can understand everything I say. [hm hm, she snacks on trail mix straight from the bag with her free hand and keeps her other hand extended so he can continue to snack too]
That must make it all the more frustrating to be trapped on a ship like this. It must be hard to be unable to fly around wherever you like...
