You can check out anytime you'd like.. [Hotel Corona Mingle]
Who: The Fleet!
Broadcast: If you want
Action: Hotel Corona or Planet Ikke
When: December 7th onward

[After the mystery and isolation of their last destination, the Marsiva seems determined to head to brighter, busier territory. After a long journey through remote, nebula-painted space, speeding along at a brisk pace for the Host ship, the Marsiva brings her Fleet to a sudden and prominent point of traffic.
It seems that the Fleet has happened upon some sort of vacation destination! Maybe Atroma thinks that the passengers deserve some rest and relaxation... or just wants to distract them with something huge and shiny.
Welcome to Hotel Corona! Feel free to enjoy yourselves and enjoy the sites! If a hotel resort isn't your thing, you can head on over to the nearby planet and explore it's icy wonders.
In order words: it's a mingle!! Everyone get in! ]

He splashes on his way into the water, pushing himself back to this feet before long, still a little worse for wear. His head snaps around toward the sound of laughter but the woman there is too far away and it hadn’t felt like magic. It could as easily be some feature of this pool, which is probably a good reason to get out of it before he drowns.]
Steaming pile of shit…
[ Someone’s now even crankier.]
no subject
Don't tell me you can't swim? I wouldn't go falling into any more pools if I were you.
no subject
[His tone doesn't exactly imply 'thanks' but he kind of tried.]
no subject
[Because she can't wait to do the same again.]
no subject
[ At least not when he feels he's being watched and mocked. ]
no subject
Are your eyes purple? [She's never seen anyone with that shade before.]
no subject
Yes, they're purple. That's normal enough, for my people. [Though not in combination with the black hair.]
no subject
[She does a very convincing show of shock and worry, looking around as if something's going to jump out at them, clutching herself fearfully, the comment about his eyes seemingly forgotten. Although when she looks up at him her sunglasses have slipped down, revealing that her own eyes are exactly the same shade.]
no subject
[Plus, he'd definitely had his footing, and something had shoved him.
The color of her eyes is definitely...unusual, for a human, and Kai feels on edge, waiting for something else.]
no subject
Don't you think this hotel is safe? [It certainly isn't with her around.]
no subject
Why would I think it safe?
no subject
It's a hotel, there's security and...people around. [People who'd happily shove him in the water again.]
no subject
It's pretty clear he's feeling skeptical from his face. ]
You saying you'd rescue me if I needed it?
no subject
Well not me, I don't know how to rescue someone. I mean, the hotel must have lifeguards right?
no subject
[ The question is genuine enough. Why would the hotel care what happens to its guests? ]
Have you seen them?
no subject
no subject
I don't really like water anyway.
no subject
no subject
[ He's going to focus those purple eyes of his on her now though, since it's not exactly something someone concerned says. ]
no subject
[She corrects hurriedly with a smile which isn't entirely nice.]
no subject
[ He gives her a half nod and no trace of the suspicion he feels in his gaze. ]
Have a good day.
no subject
You too. [She smiles widely and adds under her breath.] Try to drown somewhere I can watch.
no subject
He doesn't say anything else, just leaves. ]
