[After the mystery and isolation of their last destination, the Marsiva seems determined to head to brighter, busier territory. After a long journey through remote, nebula-painted space, speeding along at a brisk pace for the Host ship, the Marsiva brings her Fleet to a sudden and prominent point of traffic.

It seems that the Fleet has happened upon some sort of vacation destination! Maybe Atroma thinks that the passengers deserve some rest and relaxation... or just wants to distract them with something huge and shiny.

Welcome to Hotel Corona! Feel free to enjoy yourselves and enjoy the sites! If a hotel resort isn't your thing, you can head on over to the nearby planet and explore it's icy wonders.

Nah, my shift's almost up and I told him you might drop by. As long as I keep giving this guy attention, he's good. It's a pretty sweet gig.

In that case, I will help you in your mission until you're all mine. [Petting the little guy. Does that sound like a euphemism?] Does he or she have a name?

[ not in front of the space pets, gosh! ]

He's Pax. [ the creature looks up at the sound of his name, wagging his tail and making a cheerful bark-like sound ] And he does not like being left alone.

[ rubbing his tummy! ]

[So the space dog version of the couple petting him.]

He's cute. Is he the pet of someone staying here? Or provided by the hotel for guests to play with?

He belongs to someone, she's supposed to pick him up in a couple minutes, and then we can go.

I get to hang out with alien balls of fluff. I hate every second of it.

[ he loves it stupid amounts. pax licks one and then the other in reply. ]

Or balls of slobber - [ affectionately as he keeps petting. ]
