[That look and elbow just makes him grin. He's used to harder from Tadashi, but Ino's a lot more gentle with him all around.]

I don't like it either. I don't even know what good making them aware of all of this would do. If we tried to do something, we'd have to, what, tear down the entire structure of their governing system? We can't clean up that mess.

Even if we wanted to try, the ship will leave. A war like that can last months at a time -- we wouldn't be able to stay to support them. And there's no evidence of any sort of revolt at all in all that time, or any kind of memory tampering, meaning they must have some incredible security on hand. I can't possibly believe there was nobody in hundreds of years that stopped here and thought it was wrong.

[Being in the volcano, fake as the effects are, kinda remind him of home, what with the whole lava and burning inside of a cavern sort of thing they have going on here. There's less screaming though. That's almost a disappointment, but hey, it means he doesn't have to energy ball people. Mostly, he's just people watching, hanging around off to the side and seeing new and familiar faces all the same, but he isn't his normal upbeat self. He's still in a bit of a mood.]

[Being out and about means he's in a better mood and he looks ridiculous as hell with long hair and basic peasant clothes, somehow seeming more dignified than most people would be in the same outfit. That hair though.

He's looking for medicinal herbs since he needs to stock up on the essentials because he's kind of out of luck when it comes to basic healing magic and really, he'd rather patch himself up than trust anybody else to do it for him. There's also a point where he's looking at weapons, testing out a few longswords and daggers of varying lengths and styles to see what he likes the feel of most. Without his athame, he's been feeling oddly naked.]

If he's looking at the holograms, it's merely a blond-haired, average sized young human woman. She seems rather appreciative for the wares going around and is having no problem speaking to any of the sellers about their products, curious and accurate questions to ascertain if they're worth trying to purchase. She bumps into Cole at one of the better-looking daggersmiths. ]

Today, however, he's off collecting herbs again. He's muttering under his breath about humans when he looks up and spies another herb bush a few yards away, quickly gathered by someone else.
