[Tourist crew, get used to this face! This is the face of someone who visits his girlfriend, Kara, on the regular and his buddy Winn especially when he's awake and more interesting. That means he's in your halls and your bathrooms and your kitchen. HOW WILL YOU REACT? That's what we're about to find out...]

[There's one actual knock on the door before he adds.] Knock, knock. Don't worry. It's not a joke. Apparently, that's a thing.

[When she opens the door he will find she has a container of seaweed with him.]

I asked for their best dessert. Blame the planet, not the thoughtful boyfriend. It's supposed to be chocolate flavored. I got some pizza flavored too just in case.

[Being transferred to the Tourist was great! Kirk is the captain, Chekov already knows Kara, he has met Fenris, and he'll get to put that communications augment to good use!

Except then it was less great. Pavel has been sort of uncomfortable since he learned that he would be sharing the ship with Winn, and then Winn had the nerve to come out of his coma. He doesn’t dislike Winn, not exactly, but living with the person who is dating his girlfriend who doesn’t remember being his girlfriend is not very appealing. Living with the people who will inevitably think that said person is fantastic also doesn't strike him as a fun thing.

But he's here and his resolve to stick to his bunk until he spontaneously loves being on the ship doesn't last long at all. There are people to meet. Rumor has it that there's food to eat that isn't protein gel, too. That's almost as exciting as people.

So say hello! Point him towards the edible food! And maybe explain the flamingos.]

[ Kara knocks briefly before popping her head into his bunk (she has x-ray vision. she knows she's not walking in on anything) ]

Hey, the confetti kind of loses its luster when the guest of honor isn't there to get it in his hair.

He smiles and tries to look like someone who wasn't contemplating and regretting every choice that has led him to this specific moment in time.] That was for me? Maybe you missed the actual guest of honor.

[Chekov isn't actually sure what to make of the flamingo or the man poking it.]

Hello. [Yes, good start.] Ah... do you live on this ship?

[Speaking of food to eat, whenever he found his way to the kitchen he'd find Chloe cooking up something that certainly smelled good. She was by the stove, in jeans, a scratched up t-shirt, and a lab coat, an unlit cigarette between her lips as she eyeball-measured something then dumped it into a pot. Footsteps had her half-turning around.]

[Food-smell lured him into the kitchen. The chef didn't look quite like anyone he had seen in a space kitchen before, but her lab coat was a clear indicator that she knew what she was doing. Probably.]

[Fenris was passing through, but at least pauses. He doesn't go inside, but lingers at the door. He's not really one for invading privacy...not until he knows you better, anyway. ]

[Don't invade his privacy! He's very busy moping and needs a moment to stop doing that.]

Fenris, hello. I am, yes. See, I've already unpacked entirely. [He gestures to the bunk and shelves which are just as bare as they would be if it was uninhabited.]

[At some point, dearest Chekov, there will be a lovely smell from the kitchen — dinnertime, on the dot! Jarvis had come in from his usual work around the strange water planet to cook up some seafood — stunningly cheap crab legs (oh, these would cost so much back home), and a sort of shrimp scampi of sorts with the proper seasonings. A dash of tomato-like vegetable and greens make up the more vegetarian side of the spectrum.

YA HANGRY??? GOOD.

He hasn't planned on serving dinner just yet, but he's more than happy to dish it out to early birds.]

<sub>[ Look, he had tried to warn you Chekov - or maybe he hadn't. It was entirely likely he had forgotten Kitty mentioning she had been in a romantic relationship with Chekov the one time it likely came up, and since Chekov certainly hadn't mentioned it, well, he had thought it a non issue.

Kirk comes around at one of those times when Chekov is attempting to learn to love the ship from his bunk. He knocked before opening the door and wriggling in, a plate of cake in hand (suitably dusted with spare confetti). ]</sub>

[She knows this ship better than she knows her own since her own went and fused with another ship leaving it forever changed not too long ago. With the Tourist full and only one room having been vacated only to be refilled recently she knows exactly where Chekov's room is. She stops in front of the door and there is a moment where she considers leaving again before she knocks. She tried to convince herself she should wait and let him come to her, but she was the one deciding they needed time, not him. This is on her and now her she is.

Were you expecting your not!girlfriend to be standing there with grilled shrimp on a stick?]

[ the tourists may expect winn to cling to the ship, the way he does after every major event, spend more time on the familiar ship with the people he loves and is comfortable around. so it may come as a surprise that, on the very day he wakes up, he takes off to stay in a hotel room on the planet with kitty, and doesn't seem to come back that much.

you can find him occasionally checking in with the ship systems - it's not that he doesn't trust you, jim, it's just what he does - getting something from his room or kara's office, or sneaking some of jarvis' superior cooking. ]

<sub>[ Kirk is not surprised. Not at all. In fact, he's glad - Winn deserved a good time, and he was sure he and Kitty had some catching up to do in a lot of ways. And it helped to ease Chekov into life on the ship too.

And of course he expects you to check on the systems, Winn. He would be worried if you didn't. He came up on one of those times when Winn is doing his checks, tapping his shoulder and holding out a cup of coffee to him. ]</sub>

[Chloe tends to just bum around the ship, and can be found in the kitchen cooking, or lounging in her room, or sometimes smoking in the cargo hold. She often has her headphones in her ears, and is generally just wasting time until she finds something to do.]

[However, often, at least at the moment, she can also be found in the lab, working on the cure for the sick people on the water planet. Or trying to anyway. Or getting frustrated. She has a brain chip, that doesn't make her a doctor.]

[Mon-El is on the ship for Kara-related reasons when he passes by the lab and notices her inside. He decides to peek in.] Hard at work?

<sub>[ Kirk comes and goes with regularity from the ship, which tends to mean he can be found in varying states of stripped from the wet gear he wore when he was out on the planet exploring. He usually comes in with some new cut or bruise from the temples, since he spent most of his time there when he was exploring, and only one day did he come back and go to his room and stay there for quite awhile.

Sometimes he can be found usurping Jarvis and making breakfast - pancakes, as they are his speciality and he dares someone to tell him Jarvis' are better. Or he can be found in the wee hours of morning and night, working out quietly or curled up in a space on the ship to look out and watch the water, even reading sometimes or typing. ]</sub>

[This is the least amount of time she's spent on the Tourist in a long time since she slept on her ship almost every night of Winn's coma and then they have spent time on the planet together. In fact there's no great reason for her to be here now other than to see if some of the seed butter she made for Winn in the last system was still stashed in the kitchen. She figures it would be a nice alternative to shellfish and seaweed. She just happens to run into Kirk as she's doing it.]

...Guess I owe you coffee now, huh? [Because of that conversation they had when she was definitely not fully herself. But she meant that part of it. Just not the giggling or fawning that happened.]

[Fenris was having a quiet moment in the general mess area, when he notices Kirk entering. He puts down the book he was reading, his temples furrowing. He's noticed that new cut, buddy. ]

...What happened to your head?

[Jarvis sits neatly in a kitchen chair, looking unsure of his predicament as waiting guest to breakfast. He's not disappointed per se — more just unsure of what to do with himself. He's a terrible creature of habit.]
