[He can't resist wandering out into the snow with his camera and basking in the scenery. Finding Hermione out among it is a bonus. He'd been meaning to see how she was holding up. Though he has no intention of dredging up bad feelings, if it can be helped. He only wants to say hello and maybe spend some time with a friend.]

[ Seeing Prompto does spark a little bit of something sad in her chest, but she pushes through it as best she can, tilting her head to look over at him with a small smile. It's not a good smile, not really, but she sits it up and waves slowly. ]

Of course I don't mind. Take a seat, Prompto. [ There's an elephant between them, and she wonders how long it would take. ] How are you?

[Prompto is good at smiling, even when he doesn't feel like it. It took a lot of practice, you know. But as he drops down next to her, he realizes there's probably no point in the pretense. They've both lost something. Someone. The smile wavers and he shrugs.]

[ They're both putting on a brave face and Hermione can see it. They're wavering, both of them too close to the matter to avoid it, but she breathes in and out before she turns her head away. Looking hurts, just for a moment, and she has to close her eyes to gather herself. ]

He mentioned you had some. I'd like them, if you don't mind parting with them. I could always duplicate them so you still had the originals.
