You Know What I Wanted To Put Here
Who: Nami and you
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: Planetside
When: Post shuffle
Points:
1) I need a new full time bartender for the Space Bar.
2) The blood drive is run every two months and needs someone to oversee it, preferably with medical experience.
3) The GPS program that was created for use on the communicators now no longer has anyone left to implement it for new or interested passengers. I have some of the notes on it but I don't know technology.
If you can help with any of these leave a message.
[And then a few minutes later:]
Can someone please cover my shifts, I'm taking a week off
[Fuck this place.]
---------
[Nami is only briefly on the Bloodsport this morning, on a direct course between her own room and Sam's, hauling most of his leftover belongings into Captain's quarters. Then she's in the cargo bay, hugging Biri. No, stupid bird, you can't come with her. This mist is not for you.

Then she's checking into a hotel planetside and doing her level best to get drunk, before giving thought to some reckless treasure hunting, because why not?
There is no announcement that Sam is no longer here. She figures it's probably obvious.]

She glances up and smiles reflexively, gaze shifting right back to her task.]
...ah. I don't know. Is there anything in here you could use? [She probably shouldn't take it all.]

Maybe not me. There's a library, right? He might appreciate the gesture if we donated a few.

[Voice/Text]
Where are you?
[And then written nearly at the same time in case she isn't answering to voice.]
Don't worry about the Space Bar. It will be fine. But where are you? Are you on the Bloodsport?
[Because he's about to come to the Bloodsport to check if you're alright.]
[Text]
[That's it, that's the tag.]

I won't go looking for you if that's what you want. Is that what you want?

It was set up in a room on the Iskaulit-- there are file notes there and cold storage. If you could take it up, just run it how you please.
Thanks.

Do you need anything else?

I'm sorry.
[And after a moment.]
I can look into the tech. [It might be something that a person with a comm augment has to adjust, but she'd be happy to bring Pavel in on it without Nami having to track anyone else down if she doesn't get a volunteer.]
text
Not just yet.]
Thanks, Kitty. [For both sentiments, really.] The GPS is useful. I can loan you the comm the program was used on previously if that would help.
text
[She's not sure what to say that would be helpful here. How many people has she lost? How many times was she ready for words right away? A hug maybe, but even then she wasn't always ready for those.]
Did everything else get sorted?

Pavel has been busy butchering innocent mist suits in an attempt to make something better that might actually survive the fog. And, you know, keep the person inside the suit from going insane. That would be nice. If he can find just one more filter for the mask, then it'll be as done as it's going to get.
He finds Nami instead.]
Nami, hello! [He waves her down and begins hauling the mostly-finished suit and a few other (large and bulky) odds and ends that might come in handy on a mist-spelunking adventure in her direction.
If she really doesn't want to talk, outrunning him wouldn't be hard at all.]
action
She isn't in much better of a mood, mind, and the look she turns on Pavel is a tired and faintly bloodshot one. But her arms are already full of shopping-- much in the same sort of vein as what Pavel is carrying.]
...hey. How's it going?
action
Eh, you know. [He does not elaborate, so hopefully she knows.] And you? I don't say this to offend you, but you look as though you have given up on sleeping.

She raises a hand to catch Nami's attention as they pass in the street. ]
Hey, Nami!
