The werewolves on the Fleet are gettin' hitched, so naturally they asked the best chef on the Fleet to cater.

[Or rather, Taako offered, and they took him up on it. But whatever. Details are dumb.]

They have some weird food things and so do some of the people attending, so it's been a "challenge." Mostly in figuring out how to make raw meat appealing without it all being sushi or weird hipster salads. But cha'boy Taako's got this in the bag.

[He mimics throwing something like a baseball and uses his hand to simulate it flying through the air.]

We could have flying invisible mistletoe. Perhaps even with a sound that alerts them of their inevitable doom.

[Taako snorts in laughter.]

Oh hell yeah! Like a beeping as it gets closer or--

[He giggles despite himself.]

Like a blaring horn as soon as it lands. Surprise the shit out of them and make them run into the invisible wall.

[ his smirk grows. ]

[ loki looks at the hand before looking at taako, confused. ]

[He reaches out to hold Loki's wrist to straighten it, palm forward. Then he slaps his hand against Loki's with a grin.]

[ his eyebrows furrow. ]

And this is a greeting?

[He lets go with a smile.]

[Then he snorts in laughter.]

The last time we tried to high-five a god, she said we'd blow up if we touched her. So this is pretty great.

[He gestures abstractly.]

The bodies we see aren't their real selves. They're all power. So touching one them would be like touching a well of magic so large no mortal body could encompass it.

[He mimes the motion of something blowing up in his hands and with his mouth.]

[Then shrugs.]

Apparently. I wasn't gonna try it. Taako's good with not getting blown up again.

[But now that the conversation reached a natural lull, Taako realizes they're still stuck in here. And the parameters for their release are very clear.

He really hopes this won't get weird. He likes Loki and he doesn't kiss just anyone unless he figures he won't see them ever again and it's a "hey let's get drunk as fuck and see what happens" dealio. And the last time he'd let himself do that? Was a loooong time ago.

Taako pops his lips and then rolls his shoulders.]
