[The video camera shows an open field planetside, obviously cultivated and fenced in, and currently occupied by a rather large herd of the fluffy behemoth sheep known as flouds that roam carefree as they chomp down on grass. It's quiet for a moment and then the familiar lilt of Taako's voice breaks the idyllic calm of flouds bleating aimlessly.]

Unacceptable.

[His finger comes into view, pointing at one of the faraway beasts.]

They're in danger constantly [Read: rarely] of being eaten by massive lizard monsters and they don't even pen them in properly.

[A floud bleats and flops over in some tall grass, which Taako gestures to wildly, bracelets jangling on his wrist against his silver bracer.]

Look at them! Poor sods. No idea when their brief littl-- well, I guess huge, but whatever, size isn't-- well it is, but the point stands! Their brief lives are in danger and they have no clue.

So! I'm liberating [read: stealing] a few of them from this hellhole of gigantism to the lap of luxury up on the Iskaulit.

Oh my gosh, you're right!! I already was thinking I wanted to keep one if I could... I know how to make mass quantities of their food and everything, so I know I could take care of one! But I didn't even think about how they're kind of in danger here!

It's a tragedy, honestly. Have you seen the help wanted ads? So many of them are for people who can't care for these poor [stupid animals] things and keep them safe from the lizard monsters. A lot of them have already been eaten. We'd be doing them a service, honestly.

Yes, I've taken a few of those jobs already... I was so glad to help.

So do you think they'd be better off with us?

Well for one? They can't get much worse than being eaten by giant lizards on the reg, so yes?

But also, yes in general. We're less likely to eat them than to lie on them like giant fluffy moving beds.

Well yes, true, but... being in space, travelling around so much...

Ah-- but! Don't get me wrong! If we do take them with us, I'll absolutely help take care of them! I guess I just worry...

It'll have the rare opportunity to see the world beyond its four little paddocked gates! Isn't that something we owe to it? To all these creatures? Think of how grateful it'll be, being the first big sheep thing in space. It'll be a pioneer! An inspiration to sheep everywhere!

[Rose frowns. She certainly understands where Taako is coming from, but the other is taking it a little too far, in her opinion.]

And how will being caged on the Iskaulit be better for them, exactly? How will they get fed? This reeks of a poor idea.

Mmmmm the smaller of 'em might fit on the shuttle, but probably just one per. Might be faster to bring a ship down and lug off two or three at a time.

[He squints at the field.]

Also, I totally heard there are some pink flouds. Gotta make sure we get at least one of them.

Any plans to get them where we need them to be? They look pretty big for the shuttles.

We couldn't possibly care for them all, though, could we?

As big as the Iskaulit is, I still doubt it's enough for all those animals. Besides, what happens if they get out.

Alchemy! I've done mass production before back home, I know I can make it work here, too. And I've already figured out the recipe for it, so now it's just a matter of making sure I have all the materials! Which really shouldn't be a problem, they're pretty common.

But um, how are you going to get them up here? And how many, do you think?

[Because now Taako has 0 work to do in the upkeep of these creatures. It's perfect.]

Uh, gonna take-- liberate. Liberate as many as we can, honestly. Just one or two might get lonely if they don't get along, but probably can only get one in per shuttle. So? The more people to help me get these fluffy nerds up into the sky, the better.

They can fit in the cargo hold as long as you can get 'em in the door. And that? I can do no problem. Being a magic boy has some perks.
