[If there's anything this freaking ship loves, it's food. Somehow, a dinner got planned to welcome the new member. And then other people got invited. And then the dinner pretty much turned into a party with a lot of food. Needless to say, Kairi has been very busy preparing food all the day for this.

There's a lot of meat, per the captain's request. But there's also veggies, some fruit, pasta, and even brownies! There are also two pizza pies. Basically, Kairi just cooked a bunch of food and hoped it would be enough, as she had no idea how many people were coming.

SO DIG IN, BLUE FISH AND GUESTS. Also mingle and be social and all that jazz!]

[Finally having rested a bit from her hours long cooking spree, Kairi gets up to mingle with the crowd. To her surprise, she doesn't see the newcomer right away. For a moment she worries, wondering if they didn't hear about the party, or worse, if they felt too shy or uncomfortable to come.

Luckily, being a small ship and all, it doesn't take long for Kairi to find Usagi. She steps up next to her, her expression worried.]

Are you all right?

[The voice pulls Usagi out of her emotionally consuming thoughts and she straightens up, eyes darting to Kairi. Hey! She recognizes her, at the very least -- From the first day she'd arrived here.]

Yep! [The smile settles on her features quickly. Belatedly, Usagi realizes that by moping in the same place as the party, she's probably causing people who are here to have fun to worry about her.] It's really big out there isn't it?

[Space. Who knows where they are, or how far from earth (or her earth...) they are. Thinking about it sends a sharp sensation through her chest and she frowns again.]

[Something is clearly on Usagi's mind, but then, that could be many things. Kairi's glad to see her on the Blue Fish; she seemed like a really nice girl, from what she could tell from their conversation. However, she knows the first week or so was overwhelming. If she wants to get something off her chest, Kairi will let her do it when she's ready.]

Kind of mind boggling, isn't it? I knew there were a lot of other worlds out there, but this is beyond what I had ever imagined.

Mmhm! I never really paid attention to it before... [To be fair, her previous visits to the moon had been under quite a bit of pressure considering what had been going on at the time...]

Hehe, I'm glad we're on the same ship though! You were really the nicest person I talked to the first day.
