[you can find joel in the cargo bay this month in addition to hiding in his room, which is a fantastic change to last month. he'll mostly be carving pieces of wood he got into shitty shapes and sharpening his knife since that's something he got on mor last month. this is how he's relaxing after busting his butt every day on jobs. gotta keep in shape somehow, am i right?]

[ And there on the bridge is Jason, complete with the new crew confetti, happy music, and dessert cream. He looks less than impressed with this attempt at merriment, and will just be shaking confetti out of his hair for a minute. ]

[ Tay sighs when she hears the music, but it pays to know who's on her ship at any given moment, so she sticks her head in. Her mildly irritated expression shifts to actually kind of pleasantly surprised when she sees who it is. ]

[ Look, it's a guy who communicates in ellipses and nodding. He's never had to deal with that before, nope.

[Koltira stands a little ways from Jason, arms folded over his chest. Everything about his posture suggests 'probably too tense'.]

[ because everyone on this ship is so anti-social and lioriley honestly doesn't even know if half of them are still around, or even alive (no offense koltira), she has started doing daily rounds just to check in on her crewmates.

it's as terrible as one might imagine. she - gasp - goes around to wherever everyone has passed out and just sort of... says hi and makes sure they don't need anything before going about her business again. TERRIBLE. ]

[ Tay, honestly, was not expecting offers of help. Maybe it's because it's not the sort of thing that Barnams offer to help with (give it if asked, sure, but not offer), but she takes a second to process it before nodding. ]
