[The bar Hange picked out is about typical for the planet: a little small, although big enough for the turnout Hange more or less expects, and clean albeit a little dingy and stained around the edges. At very least, all the stains have been scrubbed at thoroughly at some point in their history, and only the most stubborn and enterprising remain.

There's several exercises you can do to build body strength, but cardiovascular health is a good start.
