[It's been a thrill just trying to get back this far, and Axel really can't say he's enjoyed it too much. It would be one thing if the bugs were vulnerable to magic like he'd been expecting, but his flames don't really seem to do much to them. He probably wouldn't have gotten this far without help, so he appreciates having some people along, for sure. He just hopes whoever's sticking around to lend a hand doesn't get overwhelmed while he tries to get through the firewalls and encryption.]

Man, I'd really like to smack whoever coded this junk. I can't get into anything so far--how dare they actually have decent security measures?!

No, I think that would just short things out, honestly. Some of this seems damaged already, which probably isn't helping. All I can really seem to get into is basic ship stats. It's a merchant ship, most of the systems are shut down... [He sort of swats at the console, irritated.] I can't even seem to get it to show me a schematic, though; a map sure would be nice.

[Nel has been less thrilled with the whole thing, and is absolutely useless when it comes to helping fight... but he's here! that's something, right?

he's currently stooped down under another console, looking at the actual wires and circuitry. now that they're not under attack, and he's spent enough time hanging around to calm down all that jittering anxiety, he's letting himself actually acknowledge that he understands some of this stuff. he might even be being helpful, in what way he can.]

They probably didn't want anyone hacking into their stuff...
