Who: Max Caulfield & Anybody
Broadcast: Open
Action: SS Marsiva
When: Saturday, pre-shuffle
[ Max is almost used to waking up in weird places. But when she awakens to the crisp, clean, sterile surroundings of the Marsiva's hospitality deck, she knows something is wrong. Her dorm room, Chloe's room, school maybe, the lighthouse... but this felt more like a hospital. Where...? ]
This isn't... where is this? [ She's quick enough to her feet, glancing around. ] Calm down, Max, just need to figure out... where......
[ She trails off when she catches sight of those bowing windows in the viewing bay, showing... space. ]
No way. No way... This can't be real.
[ She seems to be in denial for a few moments. Gaping, staring, taking a step back...
And then, hands shaking... she pulls out an old instant camera and snaps a picture. "Always take the shot." That's what she had been told.
She shakes the photo that pops out for a moment, then stares at it, as if the view would somehow be different. But alas, it is not. ] This is really happening, isn't it? I'm in space. How?
[ Assume she's open to messages here. During and following those, though, she'll be snooping around the deck, looking at and through anything and everything. Snoop, Max, snoop and figure things out. ]

She stops looking around when she sees a worried looking boy on one of the screens and WOW those are some really good special effects because that scar is seriously messed up.

A little unsure why somebody's focusing on the camera instead of the kidnapping though. ]
Yeah. It's kind of old, but I actually prefer the older analog models.

Action
So he had yet to address the communicator he'd found on him, instead waiting to see if anyone else would pop in with him, eventually deciding to take a shower, hoping it would at least wake him up a bit. When he walked out back to the common area, toweling his hair dry, he was surprised to find that another person had arrived.]
Oh! Darn, I was hoping whoever came along next would know what was up. I haven't got a clue myself. [He sounded pretty cheerful and nonchalant nonetheless.]
Action
Even if Max is technically an adult sssshhh.]At least I'm not the only one who's been kidnapped, I guess.
[ She has to pause for a moment, though. Because- ] Dude, we were just kidnapped, and you went to take a shower?

It doesn't really make sense. Just... kidnapped, waking up in space. How do they even do that? It's crazy!
At least I'm not alone, though. That's a small comfort.

In this case, Margie manages to wave at Max politely as they both go about their mutual snooping. ]
So we aren't alone here...!
[ For such a big lady, her voice is awfully quiet and reserved. ]
action!
She turns to the voice. Then she stares up. And... up. And further up. How tall is this lady?
Max is like 5'5" okay.]Aaaahhh... no. We're not alone. [ In the universe. Or on the ships. ] They say there's over a hundred others kidnapped here.
Did you just wake up here, too?

Of course, that's assuming you actually think we are where it looks like we are.
[The voice coming from her communicator is female, even, dryly amused. A patient sort of voice.]

You're in space jail, ma'am. I'm afraid I'm going to have to confiscate the camera for security reasons.

Another person! Whoah. Uh. Hi. Fellow inmate, I'm assuming? Or evil alien captor just assuming our guise, here to assimilate?

But still, with that last line, maybe she'll finally get a chance to be on the other end of the joke. ] Yes, that's right. I'm one of your new alien overlords, and I am here to drink your brains!
