When We're Rollin Through the Wild Wild West
Who: Everyone! EVERYONE!
Broadcast: IF YOU WANNA
Action: Everywhere! EVERYWHERE!
When: Mid-September - Mid-October
[How's your ship doing, pardners? Is it still pretty damaged? Is it glitching out hardcore? Well, there is one place to land to take care of all that, and that's on a dusty old moon in front of a planet that no one wants to go to. On this moon, you'll find a civilization that looks a lot like one's stepped into a wild west movie, hardened cowpolk and mutant horses and all. Will you become a vigilante, hunting bounties and stopping gangs from doing their dirty work? Will you go exploring planetside, with a cowboy hat and a stalk of wheat in your mouth to complete the look? Good luck with that; there is no wheat. This town ain't big enough for all you flooters, but make it so! For the ratings!
In other words, it's a planet mingle! Get 'er done!]

[ Granted, he knows nothing about musical instruments, so he's relying on the possibility of Rapunzel knowing what she needs. He wouldn't be opposed trying to help her find an instrument someplace else, though. ]

[ Very much a suggestion to stay away from the shady men in the bar. Not that he couldn't be her bodyguard. ]

[ places where she will not get herself maimed, yes, that would be good. ]

[ No maiming is always good. ]

[ he's right! there must be somewhere else. ]

[ 'We'. Really, he doesn't mind getting roped into helping her. He's got nothing better to do, and she's pleasant. ]
Where first?

Great! Hm...perhaps the mer-can-tile? I think other goods are sold there, so maybe they might know something about instruments!
no subject
[ He's not even sure where else they'd look, but he's more than willing to tag along. ]

I'm glad we're spending time together. No we can learn more about one another!
[ DOESN'T THAT SOUND FUN, WINTER. ]
no subject
no. ]
You're glad? You don't even know me. [ I could be a murderer. ]
no subject
[ it's just that simple! ]

[ This is still madness, but she's just so sunny and sweet. How can he say no? Something about it is definitely resonating with her brightness.
Something nostalgic, and it makes him a bit sad. ]

[ That memory has long-since gone, all that's left are partially remembered fragments. He remembers the cold of Russia, but knows that isn't his origin. Winter reminds himself to ask Jim about that later. ]

[ that's a bit unusual, isn't it? ]
no subject
[ So is having all this hair, but that's neither here nor there. ]
no subject
I see...that must be hard. What do you remember from home?
no subject
[ Granted, HYDRA nor the KGB were places that he considered 'home'. Nothing healthy, anyway. They were just places he ended up at the end of a mission.
Nothing like the Brooklyn Jim has told him stories about. Those memories were still buried in the rubble. ]

[ A pause. ]
What is your home like?
no subject
It's lovely. There's grass, and streams, and butterflies! And people!
[ she makes all these ordinary things sound especially special and wonderful. ]
